There is nothing like Sunday, sunflowers and sunshine.  Especially after rain!

Don't you just love it when someone brings you flowers?  It just puts a smile on your face and in your heart.  

It makes you feel good all the way through your whole being.  

Pick some wildflowers and share them with someone you love or buy a bouquet.

Then don't forget to say "Thank You" for giving us this wonderful day!  

Are you ready for the weekend?  I think I am even though I don't have a clue what will happen.  

All I know is that if there is sunshine, I will be outside enjoying every minute of it.  

I will be on the lookout for hummingbirds.  Our latest cold snap seems to have them hibernating because I have not seen them.  Ok, maybe I was hibernating!  

Whether I am outside or just walking past the windows, I am always on the lookout for hummingbirds or butterflies or birds or anything else that moves in the yard.  

I also like to walk the front and the back just in case there is a new flower that has bloomed or some new plants that have popped up out of the ground.  

I know green roses are rare but it is probably because if I had one, I would think it was a weed and pull it up.  Wouldn't you?  Ok, as much as I hate pulling weeds, maybe I wouldn't pull it up.  

Now let the weekend begin!  Hey Zoo, here we come!

Work, work, work.  I love working part time.  I really wouldn't want to work more than I do but then the money sure comes in handy too!  

Whether I am working or home, inside or outside, there is NOTHING like sunshine.  Good ole Vitamin D.  This year sunshine has been hard to come by, just cloudy, dreary and rainy weather.  

So whether the sun is shining or can't be seen, whether it is day or night, be sure your Light is shining.  

But don't forget about your Love toward others too.  That means saying something nice to those you encounter.  

Middle of the week and I am working on Thursday.  

Do you remember 1959?  Have you ever seen a car, VW, with a coffee maker?  Why is that NOT still a thing?  

And kids and especially grandkids, aren't they a joy?  Some of them are clever and devious too.

But no matter the age, our grandchildren are a delight because we can give them sugar, spoil them and send them back home (most of the time).  

Time to go out and make some memories.  Hope you have a Blessed day planned. 

We got rain last week, 12/10" is what Hubby told me.  The grass is green.  We are expecting more rain (along with the possibility of hail and tornadoes) today and tomorrow.  

Yes, this is me.  Excited that I have so many flowers blooming.  

And you know I have many, many, many more of my pictures from this month.  I hope you enjoy these and they put a smile on your face.  Now don't forget to share that smile with others.

Another week!  Another Monday!  Sometimes we just need help to get going.  

A Dream is pretty easy but it is the Determination that we need help with on a daily basis.  

Sometimes it is hard to focus on the good instead of the bad.  Do you agree?  

So we have to focus on love and how to have LOTS of it.  Enough to share with everyone we meet in life.  

It is impossible to get too much Love and to give too much Love.  

Even though it is Monday, let us all go out and Bless others by radiating Love.

Sundays are usually a beautiful day and most Spring days are beautiful too.  But today we are cold and wet.  Rain with a high only in the low 50's.  

Have you ever seen such a beautiful sky?  Of course, my favorites are orange sunrise or sunset.  

A sunrise or a sunset like this can happen in just about any season in Texas, especially on the coast and reflecting in the water.  

The sun can make a cloud orange even when a storm is on the horizon too.  

God's ARTwork in the colors of the sky is always something to sing about.  

Sunday is a day to remember the past week and to give thanks for all those wonderful things we saw and all the remarkable things He did for us.  

Here we are again on Saturday Caturday!  What is up today?  We always have College Baseball or College Softball to watch on TV.  

And of course, nothing gets done or even gets started without coffee.  At least 2 cups please.  

Well, now the tables have turned.  All of us have something we NEED, don't we?  What is your vice?  

I will have to admit that food is another thing that is pretty high on my list.  At least once a day I really enjoy a good meal.  

Of course I sure do enjoy a snack too, maybe even a couple of times a day.  What is your favorite snack?  

Now that I've made us all hungry, I better go find something to eat before I go outside and watch for hummingbirds.

Weekend is on the way!  It has been a nice Spring week for April.  

I am checking the ads for my grocery list.  As soon as I get that done, I hope to finish the book I am reading so I can start another one.  

After all, it is so much fun to travel and get totally lost in a good book.  

Just be in the moment, right inside the book.  You have done that, haven't you?  

Sometimes you can even feel the spray of the waves when you are reading a book!  

Now if I can just figure out which book I really want to read, to dive into and get lost.

What to do on a Thursday.  Dog days of summer, I mean spring.  Temperatures are up and down, BUT   

Every day is a new adventure.  Some days are just plain and simple.  Some days are exciting.  

More often us girls start out with a bad hair day.  Some days we can get it under control and other days it is like... who cares.  

I know we all have days that we just want to hide our head and take a nap.  Do not disturb me today.  

There are days when friends, family or spouses want to play a game of scrabble or some other nonsense game.  

Then there are the dreary days that the only thing to do is curl up in a chair with a cup of coffee and a good book.  What is your day like today and your favorite kind of day?  

But if you don't get up and get out, you might miss something important.

Not everything is in black and white.  You might miss the colors of God's painting today.

I love giving a compliment to someone I meet or even saying something nice over the phone to someone who helped me!
