Have you had to get out in the rainy weather or just stayed home and watched it rain? We sure do need rain! Has it been windy and blowing leaves where you are lately or have the leaves blown all around your new outfit when you were going out on the town? Or like me, are you still in your gardening clothes with your hair looking like it is on fire from working outside? Whatever your day is like, please share your smile!
Thank you for your responses... Leaves (their colors not picking them up) and Pumpkins ( especially in PIES) are what makes Fall the best and watching our animals enjoy it all. Now where is that cat hiding... Share your smile!
. Keep smiling and make others smile with you because there are loads of blessings coming down Welcome to another Saturday. It’s the day God rested from his creation and as you rest your weak bones today, I pray for your success and favor. You shall encounter the goodness of the Lord in every aspect of your life. today. .Happy Saturday
Fall even made it to Texas this week. Yes, we will still hit 90° later this week but how nice is it to take a little stroll early in the mornings.
The vibrant contrast in colors this time of year is really something to enjoy on your walks.
Lots of people are out walking their dogs but it is fun to see the dogs playing in the raked piles of leaves on their own too.
Of course the kids are all out playing in the nicer weather too. The joy of their spirit puts a happy smile on our faces as we watch them jumping all around.
That last one is one of my favorite pictures. Let us all be neighborly. Share your smile and your blessings with everyone you meet and enjoy the weekend!
Oh what a wonderful day it is today. I see my Hummingbirds up in my Juniper trees and Vitex trees all the time. Can you imagine seeing a nest or babies? Now that would make my day! A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the nest! And I do need to check my ivy plant just like that one! Prayers for everyone in Ian's path!
I am so proud of my beautiful granddaughter and her Quinceañera pictures! I took over 70 pictures on Saturday, mostly of them getting ready. So funny and stressful at the same time. The photographer was awesome and I can't wait to see her pictures as I took a couple of ones after she set them up.
I sat on the patio for a little bit yesterday as the storms went around us and watched the six or so hummingbirds going from feeder to tree to flowers as the wind shifted to cooler temperatures out of the north. We are in the upper 80's this week instead of upper 90's.
Does that mean Fall is here in Texas? Probably not yet or for very long but I will "chance one eye"! Praying for all of Florida and all the people in the path of Ian. Thanks for sharing in my joy and being my friend!
