It's 95 today and feels like over 100. Wasn't out for too long - just to change the food in the hummer feeders, gave the birds fresh water and watered the plants. Pick some creeping vines out of the rose bush - seems like it grows overnite - there is so much of it!. Threw some peelings I had out to the crittes, but they didn't eat the sweet potatoes I threw out the other day, so maybe I'll stop and begin again in winter when food is scarce. Did a lot of housework as honey is off with his brother and has been gone all day I get so much done when he's not around. Enjoy your day

Goodness it feels like fall is trying to come in . A smile is on my face. Cooler day and night temps and I am so happy. The tiger lilies are in bloom in the flowerbeds and they are the last flowers to show up as fall is trying to come in.

It's a quiet Sunday for me. Had lots of sunshine one minute then it poured for about 3 minutes then the sun was out again. Made bananna bread this afternoon - hope it turned out good - it's cooling now. My granddaughter turned 23 today - oh to be young again. Have a blessed day.
Greetings - there was 14 hours of sun today - hope you got everything done that needed to be done . It was a little cooler here at 89 today as there was a nice breeze blowing. But still hot if you were outside like honey was - pulling weeds. Told hime he needed to go out at 7pm instead of in the afternoon. You'll think I'm cray but I made potato soup for dinner - had a bunch of potatoes that needed to be used up. It's cool inside and honey loves soup all year round. Have a good rest of the weekend!
