Just little ole me dropping by to say hi. Hope you are doing well and staying warm, so many areas getting hit hard by storms. They are predicting snow here this evening but we shall see. I hope not as I don't really want to drive in it tomorrow morning. My furnance has been out all week and finally got it fixed yesterday. So thankful to have heat again. I had a couple electric heaters but it just wasn't the same. Always left them off during the night and would wake up to a 47 degree house, brrrr... Would turn the heaters on while I got ready for work and it would get up to around 58 by the time I left. Anyway, it was so nice to awake to a warm 65 degrees this morning. Then I cranked it up to 70 lol. Well, I do hope you enjoy your day and the Superbowl if you watch it. Take care and have a great week~~ hugs, debijo
So sorry to hear your furnace went out Debi Jo. Mine did last month for just one night. The repairman came the next day and said something just needed cleaning. Was so thankful for aht. Just basically cost me a service charge. Whew. Glad yours is back up and running and also that you had the space heaters. Good they helped a little. Glad you like my page, is of my city her where I live. lots of nice places here. Yes I am feeling much better now after the pills did their thing. so glad. was in the Dr. office to be checked again on Monday, I have been killing quite a bit lately and sure hip, I stepped down to get my B12 shot from the Dr. and my leg gave way and I fell right down to the floor.The Dr. was so concerned that maybe I had broken something so sent me for Xrays, I was okay but needed the xrays because of my leg and back. so just had them done yesterday, will be a few days for the results.
Big storm here Deb, hope I don't lose power. the weather has been very cold here for the past week or so. it is only around 0 here now, that is not really cold but it is for the west coast. The wind is up to 90 at the moment so you just never know what is going to happen Sorry about your furnace and you not having the heat, is just miserable. Costs a lot of money to keep warm. terrible price Deb.
I did not get the gray jeans I wanted, they were there but got instead a pair of darker grey ones sort of a slate grey. I like them very much and fit so good too. Hope you found what you needed in the way of jeans. Hard to get the ones you really like, some these days are the ankle length ones, or roll up hems, wide leg, or those slinky ones. I am too old for the slim slim ones.
The party for your Aunt sounds great and especially when she didn't know what was up. food sounds good too. cake too would be so good at the end. LOL

Brother & family visited today & brougt me some frozen food,,she;s a good cook so always like to see her come.. lol.. got cheesy potatoes,, baked beans.. clam chowder,, veg soup. blueberries & mixed fruit..
not into football but will watch Victoria on PBS tonight
We'll the Ole' Groundhog says we'll have an early Spring. I guess we'll see what Mother Nature has in store for us as I know I'm ready for Spring! Today is going to be a laid back day here.
