I am off today because my best friend since 3rd grade is here visiting for a couple of nights!  It is a perfect 4 leaf clover kind of Friday!  

There will probably be a lot of sitting around and talking about all kinds of things in this world that are going on now with our family and our friends over the years.  

There will probably be a lot of flowers and garden talk and sharing of plants that we love.  

So much to cover with Amy since it has been a while since we have been together to just talk about whatever crosses our "come and go" memory nowadays.  

But when the day is over, we will have made new memories to cherish together and be grateful for our 65 years of being friends.

Memorial Day is here but please never forget what this day is all about.  

You might be at home today with family and friends getting together.  

Or you might be on a summer vacation with family or visiting friends since school is out.  

Wherever you are or what you are doing, I hope your flag is flying high to remind others of this day and what it means to so many.  

When you look at flags today, remember the meaning of then flying in the wind, the last breath of those that gave their all so we could be free.  

After all, so many gave their all for our freedom.  The true meaning of Memorial Day.

Hello Jacobo Ceil & I have been busy clean the house and going outside and cleaning up the yard and getting our garden ready for the summer we're planning on having a cook-out on Sunday for Memorial Day and it's going to be busy here the rest of the week there's a carnival that starts tonight then on Friday there's the fireman's parade and on Saturday it's St. Ubaldo Day and the race of the Saint's (which is done only in Jessup,PA & Gubbio,Italy and on Sunday there's going to be fireworks. so there's going to be alot of excitement here and lots to do  Your Friends Robert & Ceil

Wednesday is the middle of the week and a wonderful day for a day off.  Woo Hoo!  Yippee Yahoo!

And with just a little help from my friends, it will be a GREAT day, if I don't look at my "todo" list, that is.

All my true friends know me through and through that what they see is what they get and I will always be there for them.  

Just call my name and I'll be there.  ROAR!  Here I come!  Move outta the way.

Oh what a beautiful morning!  Oh what a beautiful day!  

It is a perfect day to sit on a mushroom and watch for butterflies and hummingbirds.  

Oh how I love all the creatures that God created in all their majestic wonder.  

Won't you join me today on the patio for a cup of coffee or something else as we sit and solve the problems of the world.  

We can watch the roses as they open to show their beauty!  

And we can watch the clouds drift past us as the day comes to an end.  I am waiting for you!  

I survived Friday!  It was supposed to be an easy day... Well, I always find stuff to do and can't just leave things undone or not finish a project.  

I was like, "Don't bother me.  I am on a roll and working hard to finish what I started."   

Besides, if you stay busy it makes the time fly.  I didn't even finish my coffee until 2:30 and ate my sandwich while putting labels on brochures.  I just hate lazy people that hide from work and don't do what needs to be done.  

Now, it is like nothing to worry about on Monday except on to the next project ~ woo hoo!  I am just enjoying the weekend.  The yard got mowed and the rains came!  God is good!  

The Longhorn girls won their softball game yesterday and the Longhorn boys won their second game of the weekend yesterday.  But today they both play at the same time across the street from each other in Austin.
