Very seldom go to movies. Once in awhile find one that appeals to me .

Really enjoy all types of music except rap.Maybe it's my old age but I don't see how it can be called music. Listen to a lot of classic country & bluegrass.

Read quite a bit. Just finished Inferno & starting on This Hallowed Ground , a civil war
story .

Enjoy all colors as I am thankful that I can see as there are so many in this world that haven't experienced the blessing of sight .

Actually I like all foods except egg plant.Really enjoy good bbq & Mexican food primarily.

Had lung surgery in november 2011 for lung cancer and will start chemo for malignant lymphoma at the end of January 2012 .
Looking forward to kicking it like I did 3 years ago .
I completely retired the last of April 2012 as my physical stamina is not as good anymore and I am going to enjoy life while I still have the time .
Thank God I am in remission again and feeling fine .

Born & raised in Indiana , married my darling wife of 56 years in 1956. Moved to Texas in 1964 & have been here since. I retired a few years ago but got bored , went back to work for the school district here. I had a bout with malignant lymphoma & thank God all went well. We live in an fast growing area and enjoy it very much.
Since I retired I am the crossing guard at school in the mornings and afternoons . Get to enjoy the kids and the staff there .

Love my family & friends,being around the grand kids,walking & yard work.Recently purchased a motor scooter & enjoy riding it. Like cooking out & trying new recipes .
Our son bought a lakehouse so I have a good fishing spot to go to .

The gossip,moral & ethical attitudes that seem more & more prevalent.
I know we can't live in the past , but society has changed so much in the last 50 years .

I like playing a banjo ,outdoors , and some woodworking .
