I've also spent time in Europe, South America, Asian & Middle Eastern people. So Cajun is by no means the only thing I cook.

Books = Both my sons say I should write a cookbook, I said I'll leave a copy, but I'm going to need my recipes when I crossover. Afterall, I'm going to need some good food if I'm suppose to stay there for eternity!!!

The mountains are loaves of bread. The poles are breadsticks. The wall is slices of bread, the rocks are pieces of cheese, road is beans and grains. House is cheese and wagon is cheese with grapes. ENJOY!!!

Favorite color = Blue I guess, but I hated it for a long time. When I was growing up I don't think my Mother ever bought me anything that wasn't some shade of blue. Wore more blue plaid shirts than anything else! When I left home I didn't have anything blue in my closet for years! I wear blue today. But still can't stand blue plaids!!! Ha, ha
