ABOUT ME
I grew up in N.E. Okla. on a farm. Joined the Air National Guard on my 18th birthday. Got married on my 23rd birthday, in 1956. I went to trade school to learn Industrial electrical Maintenance, then worked at Oklahoma State University for ten years, then moved on to a MUCH better paying job at the Swan hose plant, in Stillwater, Ok. I worked there for over 14 years, until the plant closed. I then worked at the Mercury Marine plant in Stillwater, Ok. until I retired in 1998. I'm now retired, and I love being retired!!!
My wife, of 54 years, passed on, July 7, 2010.
I have missed her very much, but, with the help of loving friends, I am getting through it. It has been more than five years, since she has been gone. Here,after more than 5 years, I am STILL a widower.
WHAT I LIKE
I like my friends, most of all! I also like...
Computers, old time country music, bluegrass music, bluegrass gospel music, some of the old time rock'n roll music
I enjoy eating out at a nice family restaurant, with good friends. I think...that my friends mean more to me, than just about anything! Without friends, I don't think...life would be worth living!!!
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
What I really don't like, is people pretending to be something they are NOT, and never will be!
