Haven't felt ral good all day - infact I went back to bed for about  1 12 hrs.  Been a beautiful day of 72 and sunny.  Rich went out tonite but I just wasn't up to it and didn't want to stay thee for 6 hours.  He wasn't sure he was gonna stay that late tonite either.  We'll see.  I did get the vacuumng done but the vacuum flet awfully heavy today.  Swept and mopped the kitchen floors yesterday and ran out of pads, so the rest of the floors will have to wait.  I did clean the powder room though as that's a small place.  No plans for the weekend as we aren't sure if we are gonna have dominoes Sunday - if not then we'll go to the CPOA for Sunday football with brother in law, wife and friends.  Hope you have a good weeend.  Hugs, Wendy

Here we are on Thursday waiting for Friday and the weekend.  Do you have plans?  

I went out early and picked a Dandelion bouquet to share with you. Every part of the dandelion plant is a healthy herb.  

Then I harvested some lavender.  Now it is time for some coffee and to sit and read my book for a while.  

Maybe I will go for a bike ride when the temperature warms up a little.  

One of my favorite spots is down by the stream this time of year to watch the leaves in the wind and just listen to the water drift by.  Hope you have a fun day planned too.

We are in the middle of the week and the temperatures are inching their way closer to the 80's.  

Sometimes Wednesday is just a catch up day.  Catch up on sleep as well at laundry and other chores.  

Some weeks are just rough going and you need the seas to calm down.  My week like that was last week.  

I hope I learned a lesson from it and will remain calmer the next time some things don't go exactly like I think they should.  

After all, God is always on my side and working in my best interest as well as teaching me a lesson along the way.  

Hi Cheryl - hope your Tuesday was a good day for you.  It was 66 for a high here and just a beautiful Autumn day.  I was outside for a while and so enjoyed it.  Did a load of jeans and straightened the house - need to vacuum - maybe tomorrow.  Didn't have to cook dinner as Rich went  to a Masonic meeting and they make a dinner there - or one of the wives do - and he brought me some home.  I decorated for Fall but didn't get it all done - tomorrow is another day.  Have a good nite and sleep well.  Hugs, Wendy

Tuesday is the day!  What are your plans?  We still have cooler temperatures and so...  

I thought I would drop by for a visit.  Do you have sunshine and beautiful weather?  

Maybe we can take a walk.  We can listen for the chatter of the birds and possibly catch sight of some Cardinals.  

I would love to see some of your beautiful flowers and even pick some to take home with me.

Glad you made it back home safe and sound Cheryl.  How was your Monday?  HOpe you had a good day.  Rich went for another f/u on his stomach pain - she ordered another med  and an MRI     - this should give some clearity to what is going on.  Stopped to get luch at a bar and grill - he had wings I had a cheese steak - food was good.  Watching my Cowboys on Monday nite football - so far my Cowboys are winning 10-7.  It was a nice day today - in the 60's  and partly cloudy but the sun was warm when it was out.  Have a nice nite and a good tomorrow.   Hugs, Wendy

I am trying to smile this Monday morning but it is still dark.  Just another reason I like summer... long days of SUNSHINE!

I do not like total darkness.  I have night lights in every room.  However, I know that Heaven's light is shining in my heart and I hope you can see it.  

Even at night when I go out to take pictures, the moon and stars (and my backyard solar lights) light up the area.  

I try to always be a light and I hope you light up when you are around others too.  

This week let us all be a lighthouse for those that are in darkness or in a dark place and need some light.
