This is the last FULL week of the month and it is flying by!
October just got started. Do your leaves all turn beautiful shades of orange and yellow?
Autumn is here to stay for a while even after October is over. Our trees drop leaves slowly this time of year. Then they all fall off when we get below a freeze.
We still have some plants that are just now blooming and show their beautiful colors for our fall.
Even though it feels like Fall for most of us now, the season for sweaters hasn't reached us yet. In Texas our sweaters come out in January and February.
Some of our Oak Trees never lose all their leaves. So let's just enjoy this season as the days get shorter and shorter with less and less daylight.
I am glad you are having good weather. We are too but they say it will warm up again with no chances of rain. We will soon be back to the mid to upper 80's. Blessings & Hugs to you Lorri!
Beautiful day here....Fall is in the Air.....Watching Football & baseball......Sunny 82....but cooler in morning & Nite......Hope you have a great new week....Hugs Lorri
Good Thursday Morning! Oh my goodness, what a day we had yesterday!
It was magical with cooler temperatures. Monday was nice; Tuesday the warmth backed up over us; Wednesday was cool; Thursday is here.
We don't have lots of trees that change the colors of their leaves. The Crepe Myrtle has a few different colors on it but most of our trees just drop all their leaves.
Fall is a time between Hot and Cold. And while temperatures drop below 100°, we will have days of 90's and days of 70's or somewhere inbetween... back and forth.
Fall is about College Football and Pumpkin Spice for me. But right now, we are giving thanks for cooler temperatures while praying for RAIN!
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Lorri, I pray YOU have a TANTILLIZINGLY THIRSTY THURSDAY, and are having a TRANSFORMATIONAL WEEK, my friend...
