It is a cold and rainy day here today. The good news is the Texas Longhorns won the Alamo Bowl last night. More college football today and tomorrow even though I work tomorrow morning. Besides there will be more rain tomorrow and even though we shouldn't get snow, there is a slim possibility flakes might make an appearance.
Six more eggs were in the nest box again today and I am hoping that I will get that many tomorrow before my neighbors get back home. But I do feel sorry for the chickens in the rain.
What a year this has been! I think we are all ready for a new beginning. This last week of the year I am babysitting the chickens next door. They have 6 chickens and get 6 eggs a day. Can you believe it?
I am not one that changes my homepage very often, but I just couldn't resist this picture. I have a friend who designs tutorials and she asked a mutual friend to help with the coding. So I hope you like my new page and the quote. I am beyond excited!
I know we are blessed with our love for Jesus, our health, each other and our family and friends. Please remember that your friendship is one of the gifts I treasure the most.
So know that I am sending Blessings & Hugs to you and your family every day and extra at this time of year.
Well, I hope all your decorations and lights are still on the tree.
And that you have had no problems so far with cooking and wrapping. Now it is almost time for
singing a few Christmas carols. The Garth and Tisha Christmas special was so much fun on TV. Hope you have watched something like it and got a chance to sing along.
How are you my friend? I wish you happy holidays and a better year 2021 ... may you be very happy with your loved ones. I will not be here, but in my heart I will carry all my friends. See you around. Merry Christmas! Many kisses
