What is cooking this Caturday? What do you mean, you are tired of cooking?
The dogs may have gotten some of your cooking for Thanksgiving, but the cats didn't get a scrap, not a drop.
So you look here at me, and you better get us something to eat that is just as good as your Thanksgiving dinner was for you.
And our meal better include some of that pumpkin that settles an upset stomach too. I saw you sneaking some pumpkin pie last night and adding whipped cream on it.
The real reminder is you better make the cats happy, especially on Caturday! After all, we do have a day named after us. Now you have a good day and SMILE!
Thanksgiving week is here and a busy one for many. Rather you are are home or traveling, cooking for one or for many, please take this time to remember all the people and things you are grateful for. I am grateful for your friendship, Dan.
You know that feeling when you fall back asleep just minutes before you need to get up? You are dead to the world, getting the best sleep you've had all night, and BOOM, it's time to get up and start the day? That's me today. I look like I'm functioning but inside I'm burrowed in my bed sound asleep. Yep, it's a Monday for sure. Hope yours is a good one. Mine will be......as soon as I can fully open my eyes and put one foot in front of the other! LOL Dan, you were waxing poetic this morning! Good for you. I've managed to be dressed, complete with shoes. I'm calling it a success.
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and plan to make this week as good if not better. Anything special going on, Dan? Looks like some decent temps and, hopefully, plenty of porch time for me!
A busy and beautiful day for me. Sunny and around 60*. Went to Lowe's and spent some money (bags of soil, plants) then came home and ordered some perennial herb seeds from Baker Creek for the two new small raised herb beds I will start. So it's been a lovely, fun, and expensive day. LOL How about your day? Hope it's been great, Dan.
Friday is here, Dan! I hope yours is a good one. The sun is shining here today after a windy, rainy evening last night that gave us 3/4" of rainfall. Good to get rain and equally as good to have sunshine after! Enjoy this day, rain or shine.
A breezy, cool, perfect fall day is on tap for me and I am loving it. Yesterday we peeled, cleaned, saved seeds, and hung to dry our first loofah gourd. There are many more not quite ready to harvest yet on the vines. Hoping a freeze holds off a while longer. What's happening with you today, Dan? Whatever you'll be doing, have a great, fun, and safe day.
Whew, busy day for Darci! But such a good one. Got all my loofah gourds processed and now they are hanging on the back porch to dry thoroughly. Not hard to do but a little time consuming. And FUN. I put chili in the crock pot this morning and just made a pan of cornbread. Now the house smells so good. Wanted to stop in and say hi before I kick off my shoes and pick up my yarn. Have a pleasant evening, Dan!
So before I get sidetracked... again... I am going to share my pictures with you.

You will have to copy and paste it but you should be able to see all the videos of the Hummingbirds too. Most of my pictures are taken "LIVE" which means they have seconds of action. Let me know if you enjoy seeing some of my pictures.
It's a cool and rainy Monday here at my house but this rain will lessen the amount of pollen coating every available surface! Looks like a quiet afternoon of crocheting and maybe catching up on House Hunters shows I've recorded. How are YOU, Dan? Hoping you're healthy and we both stay that way throughout this time.
