My baby of 16 years has tumors that are cancer and has to be euthanized and my heart is broken! When I first got her she was so small she'd fit in the palm of my hand. My kids kept calling her Little Bit because they couldn't agree on a name so she got stuck with it. I'm not sure what day it'll be done but know I'm not going to be able to take her so I'll just say my good bye's before then.

I do like to take the day easy when one has these warm days off and on during the summer I do believe this will be a day to just enjoy the next chapter in a book and sit back and drink my tea's. I am really starting to think about fall. This morning I just had to have some caramel pumpkin flavored coffee from the New England coffee blends. Ever so smooth and tasty. Now where is my pumpkin muffin? Opps forgot to make some. I will need to do that one of these days and or pumpkin scones. In the mean time I am having some lemon scones with my coffee on this summer day.

Wow where did this month go to for it is the last week of the month and will be soon into August. Each month has it beauty, so exciting to see and enjoy. Enjoying a nice cup of Folgers Vanilla Biscotti flavored coffee at the moment. My how I like having any type of biscotti to dip in my coffee. Such a treat anytime. I'm going to pick a few green tomatoes today and have fried green tomatoes to go with dinner tonight. It's going to be a hot day in the 90's and will remain that way for awhile. I hope you have a good day!
No sunshine for we have fog today. Crazy weather! Wonderful though for we did get some rain yesterday morning for awhile. Wow what a sight that was to see and smell the rain coming down . It was wonderful standing in it for abit. Yes I am a kid at heart even at my special age.

Just brewed up some toasted marshmallow mocha for it is way below into the 60's still this morning. Goodness it makes me think of fall already . Some of the flowerbeds of fall flowers are even starting to bloom. Now what does mother nature know that we dont know what is coming up later on. Silly me hope it is loads of snow starting in the Oct. days.
