Saturday, what shall we do?  Our cool front dropped our temperatures from the 107° range to 99° & 100° .  Is it fall yet???  

We can't trade in our sunglasses for an umbrella yet.  The clouds we do have are not dropping any rain.  

The squirrels might have started gathering nuts but it is only to keep them from popping open in this heat.  

Dad, Dad, I saw another squirrel run through the yard.  Get up!  Let's go chase him.  

You know, it might be time just to curl up and listen to some music.  Do whatever makes you happy today!  Blessings & Hugs coming your way!

Friday can be for the birds!  You had better get ready though and rest up for the weekend.  

Would you like to go dancing?  Do you still have a date night on Fridays?  

For those that have babies or small children, it can be hard to have a Friday night date.  

Especially when all the babysitters are already booked up!  

Then there are Friday nights when the guys just want to hang out together and show off or watch a game together.  

Just be careful where you land and don't get in any sticky situations.  Whatever you do, please...

Do you like to swing?  I love it that all our kids and friends enjoy the big round swing in our backyard.  

A nice cool romp in the waves looks inviting with our extremely hot temperatures this month.  

Hopefully before too long, the temperatures will cool, the clouds will form and the rain will start to fall.  

Not long after that we will be complaining about the cold, overcast, dreary days in front of us.  

So today let us be thankful for and enjoy this day that the Lord has made.

Wacky Wednesday is alway good for some laughs!  Hope you enjoy these.  We had a cool breeze this morning so I mowed the yard but cut it high.  I got a video of my Hummingbird too.  I do have the Sprinkler going now.

We will surely enjoy this Tuesday.  After all, it is the day we get in the car and go pick up our tacos!  

Any time we are getting in the car, Rbt has to have his dark glasses and I have to put shoes on my feet.  

We both try to put on our smiles too, especially while we are zipping through construction and traffic that is bumper to bumper. 

You never know who you might run into if we have to pick up any groceries, someone you know or a total stranger that might need your help.  

After we finish tacos, Rbt always likes to take a power nap while I find quiet things to do.  

Share a Smile.  Share a Hug.  Share your love with others and it will only add to your having a wonderful day.

The Passion Vine is one of my favorite plants.  Isn't the Passion Vine Flower beautiful?  The sad thing is that it only lasts for one day!  

If you let the day go by without looking the plant over, you will miss the blooms for that day.  

We are all unique and we all have an expiration date on this earth.  

So go out this week, bloom where you are planted, and let your beauty and inner light shine for all to see.

HELLO THERE DEBIJO, FINALLY I HAVE SOME TIME TO GET AROUND TO YOU AND WISH YOU A REALLY NICE WEEKEND. DIDN'T KNOW IF I WOULD MAKE IT TODAY OR NOT.

THANKS FOR ASKING ABOUT MY BROTHER, WAS JUST TALKING TO HIM AND HE SOUNDS WELL AND SAYS HE IS FEELING PRETTY GOOD. SO THT IS GOOD NEWS.

MY HALF BROTHER IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. HE HAS STAGE 4 LIVER CANCER AND IS IN MUCH PAIN. I FEEL SO BADLY FOR HIM AND WISH I COULD DO SOMETHING BUT HE IS FAR AWAY AND MY SISTER AND HER HUBBY ARE DOING THINGS FRO HIM . I AM THANFUL FOR THAT . SHE WAS GOING TO MAKE HIM A BIG STEW AND TAKE IT OVER TO HIM SO AT LEAST HE WILL EAT IF HE FEELS LIKE IT.

SO GLAD YOUR FINGER IS BETTER NOW AND THAT YOU DIDN'T CHOP THE WHOLE THINGS OFF. LOL AMAZING HOW OUR BODIES HEAL ISN'T IT?

IT HAS BEEN WARM  HERE BUT THE LAST WEEK IT HAS COOLED OFF QUITE A BIT. THS MORNING, IT LOOKED LIKE RAIN BUT NOTHING HAPPENED , NOW IT IS 5 P.M. AND THE SUN  HAS COME OUT IN ALL ITS GLORY. TURNED WARM ALL OF A SUDDEN.

Are you getting ready for the weekend?  What can you do today to be a Blessing?  

There are times when we wonder, why is God doing this to me!  Maybe he is using you to help someone else.  

What if He is leading you to a new best friend for life?  Look for the good to come out of something that you didn't think was fair or right for you.  

When darkness surrounds you, remember that you are not alone.  God is there helping you be the light for others that are lost.  

Let the plans you have be flexible as God might be leading you toward something really amazing!

The sun is already peeking over the horizon.  

The summers in Texas seem to stay quite warm until well after the official last day September 22. 2024.  

And summers in other states look quite different than they do in Texas with yellow grass, big cracks, and very little rain.  Ok, I know that is probably a spring picture, but you get what I am saying.  

However, I have already noticed how much shorter the days have become.  

Please remember to let your light shine all day and all night and help others along the way.
