Good afternoon to you. Its another hot and humid day here today. Went to Walmart this morning to get the stuff we needed, then came home and got the air conditoner going. Been in the living room where the air conditoner is keeping cool. I have fans circulating the air to the other rooms so it isn't bad. I hope it isn't to hot where you live. Not much else going on. Good afternoon to you. Its a very hot and humid day here today. Its 88* and feels like 95*. We are in a heat advisory until 9 tonight. I sure hope my husband is staying cool at work. He works in a shop with no air conditoner. They do have a great big water cooler so that will help. I don't like all this humidity we have been having lately. I know its from all the rain we have been getting. But we haven't had any rain since last night and it wasn't very much. But there is water standing everywhere. MY SON WILL BE HOME ON THURSDAY COMING AND THAT WILL BE GREAT. WE HAVE PLANNED A TRIP TO MY OLD HOME TOWN IN THE INTERIOR OF B.C. HAVEN'T SEEN FAMILY FOR 26 YEARS SO ABOUT TIME ISN'T IT . WE ARE ALL IN OUR 80'S NOW SO NO TIME TO PUT THINGS OFF. SON WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME THIS PAST SUNDAY BUT SHE GOT SICK SO THEY CANCELLED. HERE ON THIS THURSDAY AS I MENTIONED.

Hi there. I sure hope you had a good weekend. Ours was busy yesterday picking up the tree limbs from the storm we had. Glad they are gone. I don't mind thunderstorms but I can do without the high wind and the hail we have been getting. Been a nice day today but kind of humid and a chance for storms later today. I hope they will be kind to us. Went and ate lunch with my hubby today. Need to go and get a tire fixed on my car. I've tried twice to go to the same place and no one was there. Yes, my burden is light even at work. I love our clients. Friday as I was ready to turn off my computer, the phone rang. What joy I left the office with after visiting with this long time client.
Yes, every day there are many blessings. To be able to work and help Kelly and our clients always puts a smile on my face.
You never know what someone else is going through. So I always try to find something positive and uplifting to say to them.
Sunday is for refueling because you never know what the week will bring you or what you might be going through either. So rest up and be ready for anything!
Yes, this is late today... because we got RAIN!!! Blessings from Heaven!!! We got almost 7/10" in just over 30 minutes. Oh my, did we ever need it. We still have very large cracks in the yard, but all the plants got a drink and my buckets were replenished.

Well we had a bad storm in the night. We had horrible high winds, hail, and lots of rain. More tree limbs are on the ground in the front yard this time. And they aren't small tree limbs either. We were without electricity for most of the night until 10 this morning. And we have a chance for storms tonight. I would rather get rain than the wind and hail. Well enough about my weather. We got a good rain last night, 2 1/2 inches. We have a chance for more rain tonight. I was getting ready to take out the trash earlier and opened the front door and it was pouring down rain. So I had to wait until it stopped raining to go to the dumpster. The sun has been trying to come out and I sure hope it doesn't . That will make for a humid day if it does. Good afternoon to you. I hope you are having a nice afternoon. Its a cloudy and cool day here today. A cool front came through last night and have made the day very nice, except we have a chance for thunderstorms later today and into tonight. Hopefully they won't be bad. Had a nice time last night and the family get together at my sister in law's house. Got to watch the kids and some grown ups pop fireworks. Just tired today from staying up late.
