It was a sunny, hot day in south Louisiana and my wife Geralyn and I enjoyed going to the International Rice Festival in Geralyn's hometown of Crowley, Louisiana. The town is noted for their production of rice and always has a large and fun-filled festival at the end of harvest season!
Can't believe Oct. half over . Just found out my 59 year old daughter has lung cancer. So don't know how often will be here. Not that I get here as much as would like. Have blessed weekend. Hugs Helen
