The rainbow last night at about 7:30 pm was the second one in two days, the 12th & 14th. Then we had marble size hail this morning at 8 am and marble size hail again as the cool front came through at noon.
The temperature dropped from 85 to 70. My car is in the garage and Hubby's car is under the carport. This morning it rained for about an hour and we had 1/2" and this afternoon we were right on the edge of the storm.
Do you see the horse head too? In a matter of minutes after the hail stopped the sun was back out and shining to make the most perfect spring day.
And the storms were off in the distance. We are so Blessed again and again. I hope you are having a beautiful Spring day too.
Do you know Kyle Kid on here? George and I have know each other for over 40 years (lived in same city). He is taking Chemo and is having vision problems. They were putting a len in one eye at a time and changing eyes. His vision is improving a bit. The Chemo has also affected his speech which is a whisper right now.
We had about 3 minutes of marble size hail and have had lots of rain for the last hour. Hope you have a super day.
hi Wendy,it was pretty good thank you...don't ever worry about misspelled words...i'm sorry about your shot in the eyes, get well and have a nice night my dear friend
Hi Rider - how was your Tuesday? Hope you had a good one. Sorry about any miss spells, as I had a shot in my eye and things are still pretty blurry. Enjoy your evening. Hugs, Wendy
Have you ever colored eggs... fancy? How long has it been since you colored eggs at all? Me, forever! I can't even remember the last time.
This picture was from yesterday when we finished the main big bed in the center of the yard. We did 5 flower beds and used all 30 bags of mulch. Three of the beds had to be weeded or cleaned out before we could put mulch down. I will send a picture when all the cute things are put back in this bed. We did get the plastic taken off of the makeshift greenhouse and folder & put away for winter.
There is still so much more to be done. But it will be a little at a time now that the heavy lifting is done. My knees are SCREAMING and Hubby hurts all over. What a trouper he is and I am so blessed! Tornado Watch just issued and storms heading this way could have lime size hail.
I do understand about the couch eating it! Hubby dropped the remote and it came all apart. We found the back and one of the recharable batteries. The other one is MIA.
Hi there. Its a blustery day here today. Hoping to not have any fires anywhere as it is very dry here. Need to get some house cleaning going. I do have my laundry in the dryer but I need to vacumm. How is your day going? Take care my friend and enjoy your afternoon. Hugs, Cheryl
Did you or have you ever done an Easter Egg Hunt? My DIL, Evelyn, did her first one Palm Sunday. There were different fields set up for different ages including adults. Wild and loud grown ups!
It wouldn't really be Easter without baby chicks now would it? We are getting ready for more storms. Today we are trying to get mulch put down in flower beds. 10 bags done and 10 more on the way. I'll let you know if we survive. 17 of 20 done and 10 more on the way. Taking a break to visit you and find pain meds.
Hello, I hope you have been having a good day. Its been a busy morning for me. But its a nice day here and my red tulips are open and they are so pretty. Its supposed to be very windy tomorrow and I hope the wind doesn't tear up my tulips.Well enjoy your day and take care my friend, hugs Cheryl
