Since I am working and have a little $ showing up in my bank, I bought myself a new wristlet purse. When I showed it to hubby, he said, "Boy, I have good taste." Yes he does! After all, he married me! That was the day before the haircut!
Did you have to ship any gifts? Do you think they will get there in time? Both my families came to visit the second week of December and we celebrated birthdays, including Jesus! No shipping for us.
I hope you get everything you want this year. Maybe a new teddy bear. And I pray that the wonderful message of Christmas is in our hearts.
The one true gift is all we need. Jesus was born to die for all of our sins.
We were 31 this morning and have about 3 days before 70's & 80's come back. Can't be soon enough for me.

The old light that has been up over 16 years had to come down.
The new LED light went up and it comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn (like the old one used to do).
And it might be twice as bright as the old one. Ok, we didn't know the difference in lumens between the mercury bulb and the LED bulb until after it was up. Hope the neighbors don't complain.
Time for Christmas nails and a haircut. Ok, it is a little too short; but hey, it will grow out again.

A very pleasant evening to you. It warms my heart looking at the Christmas tree lights in the evening. Now where is my cup of tea. I like tea during the evening time and the one I picked this evening is Winter Spice from the Twinings herbal tea's. It has sweet apple flavor plus cinnamon, cardamom and clove mixture. We too watched the Army/Navy game, at least some of it. Chili sounds great right now as we were 24 this morning and it just doesn't feel warm in the house today because of the wind. Love you Wendy!
