I'm so ready to start planting but will wait another 2 weeks. I have started a few trays of seeds so I'll be ready to get out there and start. By that time it will probably go right into summer like temps for us.
Hey Wendy, well March decided to go out like a Lion here. We are under tornado watches and it's super windy outside. Our power was out briefly but they got it restored already thankfully. Trying to charge my phone up in case we lose it again. How's your day been going? Have you checked your dollar store for eggs? The one near me has kept milk and eggs mostly stocked since all this began. Today has been mostly quiet. Having to get creative with meal ideas now. lol. Enjoy your day and I'll talk to you soon.
p.s. love your cute bunny!! Thanks about my plant, I dragged it out in the rain while ago so it could soak some up.
A pleasant day to you as you enjoy your moments of the day with calmness ,as I am doing the same here. We are having a breathtaking spring day. Then at the end of this week winter wants to show up once again. I believe it will be wet snow so it is snowman time again .
Puts a smile on my face. I know it will not last long this snow and spring will be coming in again with all of its surprises and beauty. Smiles, Hugs and Prayers Gloria
Hi Wendy, I know you'll enjoy the fresh produce. Isn't it crazy that the GPS can get us lost when it's supposed to help us NOT get lost? lol. Mine does that too. We are warm and sunny here and been very dry but rain is to move in tomorrow and cooler temps behind it. It will feel good after the 90 degree temps we've had. I've been repotting some of my bigger plants and flowers. Kinda feels good to get my hands dirty outside when I've been cooped up inside for so long. Hope your day is good, stay out of trouble. love n hugs, Beth
Good morning Wendy. I live in a smalltown in southern Ontario. A nursing home here now reports 9 deaths. Very scary for the rest of us. Have a good week. Hugs, Anne
My thoughts are with you on this Sunday day . Our state of Minn. just put the state in a stay at home for 2 weeks and after that we shall see what happens. I have everything I need at home for now . I am able walk around the yard for exercise , inbetween the piles of snow in the yard and enjoy the fresh air as spring is trying to come into our area while winter is fading out. May you have calmness in your moments the best you can and I will do the same. Prayers and hugs to all.
Good Morning/Afternoon Wendy, thank you always...May your day be filled with plenty of sunshine to brighten your day my dear friend...stay safe and take care
forgot to say that my dog chews himself too, esp his feet and hindquarters really bad. The vet said he has skin allergies and put him on something called APOQUEL. It's awesome and works so well. It's expensive because the generic is not available yet but it's worth every penny because he was chewing himself raw before he started on it.
Hi friend, oh yes we will all be in dire need of hair appointments when the pandemic ends. I got my nails done about a month ago but I colored my own hair 2 days ago and boy is it dark! It will fade soon though as it's a semi-permanent conditioning color I use. It's not as harsh as the box color. I've been out to the store a few times but mostly staying home as much as I can. I'm thankful to have a big house and yard so I don't feel so cooped up. Yesterday my menfolk got a small garden spot tilled up and they are planting squash, cucumbers and onions. They already had a tomato patch and some herbs planted in a container. We have jumped straight into Summer here already so no need to wait to plant things as far as I'm concerned. Traditionally you plant most things on good Friday but we are already so warm that it's not a concern to wait. I made a new recipe last night for Taco casserole. Has fritos on top and sure made a big dish of it. Think it needed more salsa but it was pretty good. Well I'll talk to you soon. Stay safe and holler back when you can! Love n hugs, Beth
