Hey there, I had a good weekend. Yesterday was a baby shower I helped give for a girl at church. It was a nice get together and she got so many nice gifts. We had a lovely sunny weekend though it was quite cool on Fri. and Sat. I got my Easter purties out and decorated the house and yard a little. Did you remember to spring forward? Will take us all a few days to get used to this new time. Bet your soup was good. I mostly took the weekend off from cooking. I did make a hashbrown breakfast casserole Fri. night. We'll be warming up as the week goes by too. Hope your day is good! love, Beth
It's been a beautiful weekend here and a fun one too.
All my kids (4 sons) were here yesterday and we grilled. They all brought their guns and afterwards they got out and shot some targets. That's one thing about living in the country and having land. They had a great time and so did I!

Don't know why, Wendy, but I change my clocks etc. the nite before. I think it's to stop me getting confused (i.e. having too many senior moments :) :) :) I like it when all my toys do it for me. XXXXs, Anne
Hi Wendy, splashing through the puddles here too. My front porch is soaking wet. Should clear out tomorrow and turn cool and I can't wait. That's so aggravating about your car I know. Seems to be hard to get good service anywhere now days. You might have better luck reading the manual that came with your car to figure out the radio and other bells and whistles. Hubby's truck clock was so complicated but the manual gives good instructions so we figured it out finally. Hope your cough is getting better. Mine finally is. I've been taking Mucinex DM. Had a good visit with my son earlier this week. He drove over for visit on his days off Monday and Tues. Good morning, glad you are getting better. I am too and glad of it. This cough just won't go away though. Ugh. Stayed home from church again over the weekend so I wouldn't cough all the way through service. We were slammed with very heavy rain last night and my yard looked like a river. Hi Wendy, I have a nasty cough too and sure hope it clears up soon or I'll be at the doctor I guess. Hope yours is better. We are sunny and clear here and it's so nice after the gloomy gray weather and rain. Yesterday was very cold. We went out for lunch and got some tomato bisque. Sure was good on a cold day. Afterwards we got manicures. My nails are pink and shiny. lol. Do you have plans for the weekend? Ours will be mostly quiet. Enjoy your day and I'll talk to you soon.
