Good Morning, my Tuesday was busy. Was out and about yesterday with this and that but at least I didn't have to cook last night as I'd made plenty of spaghetti and we had leftovers. Oh your casserole sounds good. I got a pioneer woman recipe for something similar but haven't made it in awhile. Think it has sour cream in it and I always forget to buy it. Nothing much going today. Need to do more cleaning and dusting but I did finish in my bedroom over the weekend. I didn't watch the state of the union address last night. Too much childish behaviour on both sides. Thank goodness for streaming. lol. I've been watching The Blacklist and I'm so hooked. Hope your day is good. Rain and the cold on the way for us. love n hugs, Beth
Hi ya Pal, I know you had a busy weekend. Did you watch the superbowl? I could care less about the game but I watch it for the commercials. lol. My fave was the Mountain Dew zero commercial that was a spoof on the Shining movie. What kind of casserole did you end up making and was it good? We grilled out some sausage last night and a few beef ribs. I made some baked beans in my Instant pot. Everything was pretty good. Today is a lovely Spring like day and it's so nice after many cloudy rainy days. Yesterday a pipe under my kitchen sink sprung a leak and hubby spent a long tme dealing with that. Finally got it fixed about 2 or so and I was glad to have my water back on. Hope your day is good and behave yourself. haha. love, Beth
Hey there, been raining here too or last night it was. Today has been mostly gray and very chilly. Got my little logs going in my heater. Hubby helped me move some old furniture out of my room and now I have to clean and dust and get things rearranged. I will be worn out when finished I know but hopefully will have more room. It's been too crowded in there lately. Took a little break to get back on the Hill and watched some of my shows on DIY network. Hey there, sun finally just peeked out here and it's a welcome sight. I'm spoiled to mostly sunny days here in FL and that's how I like it. lol. Hope your casserole turns out well. No plans for the superbowl here just hang out at home to watch it. I mostly watch the commercials anyway. haha. What a blessing to have the WW2 vets as part of your post. They are dying out so rapidly. My dear uncle was more like a father to me after my own daddy passed and he was a WW2 vet as well as my daddy. Anyway he was a Mason for 75 years. They did not do a write up in the local paper about him but they certainly should have. Saturday is Lily's birthday party outdoors so hoping for a nice day that's not cold. Hope your day is good. I am enjoying a refreshing cup of some flavored pumpkin spice coffee at the moment.. Such a beautiful Tuesday wintery day. The birds are busy by the feeder enjoying themselves. Once in awhile the squirrel flys onto the feeder for a treat. Wow, such a sight to see. Hi Wendy, I take scary movies by spells. lol. Hope you had someone to watch yours with. That's always more fun. Havent's seen a good scary one in awhile but looking forward to A Quiet Place, part 2.
