Soup is brewing in the crock pot for the day. The fall air is fresh and refreshing to ones nose. My how I love fall and all of its adventures. Hope autumn will stay for awhile but living up north one better enjoy all of it for winter is poking its nose around the bend. I believe I will have another cup of pumpkin spice flavored coffee to help me to enjoy this wonderful day even more. Smiles Gloria

Good morning!. Hope your having a pleasant Monday.In our area we are going to have a glorious heat wave into the 80's for the next few days. Going to do abit of the household duties and then enjoy the out of doors with all this sunshine . A good time to clean out more of the flowerbeds and put them to rest for the season. Hi Wendy, sounds like you had a good productive weekend. Hubby always sets out mums this time of year too. He got some small unblooming mums over the weekend too. He will set them out near out mailbox out front. He has an old sugar kettle he uses too to grow things in. He puts some potting soil in it and uses it for a pepper patch in the Summer and mums in the Fall. We have been so dry the grass is not even growing and my guys don't mind having a break from mowing. They are usually cutting it at least once a week. I sure am glad Hurricane Humberto missed Florida. It seemed to be taking a similar path to Dorian but didn't come as near the coastline. I have soup on in the crockpot to take my sister later today. She just got out of the hospital. Have a good day, pal! love, Beth
