Hi Wendy, we've had such nice weather lately. Warm days but pleasant evenings and mornings. It's been like a teensy taste of Fall actually. If you give them your email at Bed, Bath and Beyond they will send you coupons every week. 20 percent off the purchase of a single item. You could use the coupon on an air fryer if you decide to get one. They all work the same basically. Mine is not digital. I didn't need anything fancy so just got one with a regualr timer/dial. I've got an awful sore throat and a little chest congestion so staying out of the pool for now. Sure don't want to make it worse. Enjoy your day my friend. love, Beth

Hello friend, so good to hear from you. I enjoy your comments so much. Hope you and Rich enjoyed your night at VFW last night. Sounds like you always have good food there. The girls came over to swim yesterday afternoon. Katelyn is 6 and she has learned to swim under water and float on her back too and was proud to show me her new skills. She is so rambunctious. She sure used up a lot of energy in that pool. I told her she must have swam a hundred miles. lol. Well that is aggravating that your firestick went to the wrong address. Hope Amz gets it straightened out soon. Meant to say if you do the oven roasted kielbasa and veggies that I put all the chopped veggies in a bowl or big ziploc bag with a little olive oil and rub it/stir in good before I put on the baking sheet with the sausage. It keeps them from drying out in the oven. What are you up to today? I've had one cup of coffee and walked my dogs this morning and that's about it. Hi Wendy, hope your firestick has arrived by now or will by today. I have a Roku (same thing basically) and I have enjoyed it. Yep, I'm a twin. I used to have it on my profile but I think I took it off the last time I edited my page. It's nice having someone to celebrate birthdays with each year plus my good friend di has the same birthday as me and I love that. There are so many July birthdays in my family. Sunday is hubby's birthday. We will probably go out to celebrate this weekend. I make kielbasa with potatoes, peppers and onions too. I roast them at a high heat on a baking sheet in the oven. It's one of our fav. Winter meals. Every time I call Amazon or any other company for that matter I get a foriegner on the other end. Between their accent and my southern accent it's a hopeless case to understand each other. haha. Hope your day is good. Nothing going on here. Sun is out for a change. Hi Wendy, hope your temps have been nicer. Yes Frog strangler is what we call a quick hard rain in the Summer here. lol. We get them pretty often too. Guess it's all that tropical moisture that hovers over us seemingly all the time. Yes i researched the air fryer before I bought it. I watched some videos on You tube. The one I got is a DASH. I got the 6 quart capacity. Haven't fried anything in it but french fries yet but want to try some okra or squash. I usually fry okra but I also par-boil it then bake it at a high heat with bacon on top. It gets rid of most of the slime. lol. I am gradually getting used to my new laptop. I am still in the process of transferring files like photos and graphics, etc. from the old laptop. Thanks so much for the birthday wishes too. I had a good day. My son smoked some pork tenderloins on the smoker. I made some stuff to go with it and made me and my twin a birthday cake. It was a new recipe I saw on the Food network, Valerie Bertinelli's show. It's Sicilian Love Cake. It's essentially a chocolate cheesecake. Very rich as it has ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese in it. Not something I'd make frequently as the ingredients were expensive. We are soggy here today after lots of rain last night but the temps are cooler so I don't mind that. Happy mid-week to you and enjoy your day. love, Beth
