Thanks for your friendship.. Finally took down the outside Halloween decorations today. I've decided to leave the pumpkins out there. I have orange lights around one of the windows and I'm still turning those on. After all, orange is for Thanksgiving too. That's my excuse for the lights :) It's always been hard for me to let go of things and I'm even worse when it comes to Christmas decorations.. We ordered take out last night. I got baked ziti with hot sausage. The sausage was a bit tangy, but very good. The portion was huge, so I could only finish half of it. Did you ever make baked ziti before? I know you like to cook, so I assume you have.. If I remember correctly, I believe you have a dominos game tonight. Wishing you lots of luck.. Hugs, Darlene

How do you feel after that extra hour of sleep? Do all of your clocks change automatically? Some of mine do but I am a clock nut and it takes me a while to get the 12 changed that are not automatic.
Some of mine are unusual. I have a Seiko wall clock that on the hour splits apart, twirls around and plays music and then goes back together.
I have a grandfather clock that belonged to my parents, a mantel clock they gave us as a wedding gift, and a cuckoo clock that belonged to my grandparents. I have multiple clocks in every room.
To me clocks and coffee just make the world go around. So now I am off to get more coffee and enjoy the rest of my Sunday Blessings!
Had wondered what happened to you. I noticed you went missing shortly after the last comment you sent. I see that you are/were having computer problems. How irritating that can be. Did you get it fixed yet or do you have to get a new one? I use a desktop and my laptop, but I prefer the desktop.. What do prefer to use?
I looked up that dominos game you told me about.. Even seen a video of people actually playing the game and were explaining what they were doing as they went along. I seen what a 'train' is. It seems a bit complicated to me, but that's because I never experienced it. I believe one has to actually experience something to truly understand it..
You asked what TV shows I watch. Well, we mostly watch some oldie channels that play all reruns from back when we were kids, like Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres, Gunsmoke, etc. I've watched House Hunters before. There's really many extravagant homes on there. It's nice to dream though :)
I think we'll order take out tonight. Haven't made up my mind yet as to what I want to get.. *hugs* Darlene

Friday again? Where did the week go? Well, we might as well start the weekend. Can you believe some schools are out today for the Texas Rangers World Series Champions parade?
Don't forget that we have to change all the clocks this weekend because you get an extra hour before church starts on Sunday.
The colors this time of year are so vivid and beautiful most days. We are starting a slight warm up each day starting today, from 45° to maybe 70°.
In fact, it might be a perfect day for a hike. There is this beautiful lake I would love to visit. Do you want to come along?
If you were thinking of this one, I don't think I will be visiting it any time soon. You are on your own. On second thought, I need to go in the backyard and uncover plants today.
