Good Morning Wendy, oh your Easter dinner sounds scrumptious. Made me hungry just to read it. I'll be cooking some similar type food after church that day. Right now I'm planning on attending a sunrise service at 7 am, then breakfast at the church afterwards. The shot you were speaking of...is for Macular degneration? My sister-in-law gets those once a month. We've had lovely Spring weather here and it has spoiled me. My guys have been busy mowing and weed eating about once a week. Last night in the middle of me baking some Pillsbury biscuits my oven coil burned in half. This is the third time with this oven and it's 15 years old so I'm thinking I will just replace it instead of trying to fix it "again". That will have to be done soon as I have baking for Easter weekend coming up. Have a good a safe trip to NJ and enjoy your weekend. I'll catch up with you soon. love, Beth
