Hi Wendy, just typed a long comment and made it disappear somehow. That always aggravates me so bad! We had gray yucky weater, yep. It's cleared up now though and looking so pretty and Fallish outside. Supposed to continue to improve with cooler, drier air coming next week. Something we Floridians are begging for this time of year after months of humidity. Yesterday the girls and I took the dogs to my neice Brittany to be groomed. She has her own mobile grooming buisness but right now is doing it on a limited basis from home since her appendectomy. She is revovering well though and is 5 weeks out. We took some food for lunch. I made loaded potato soup and some pumpkin muffins. She has an 8 month old and he's just precious but my little boy dog is used to being THE BABY at our house. Lol. You should have seen his face. haha. Hope your weekend is good and your teams win! loveya

Hi there. Its a warm afternoon here. Its already 88* and supposed to get up to 93*. But we have relief in site. Next week we are supposed to get a cold front, nice cooler weather on the way. I hope you are having a good afternoon. I'm tired from all the running around I did this morning. I need a nap. Don't know if I will get one. Thursday is a day for Butterflies! The other day, I had so many different butterflies in the yard. I think they were looking for water as well as nectar.
Some butterflies seem to add color wherever they go and some are the color!
Have you seen butterflies that are a pale color? I have some that are yellow but you can almost see through them. They are so pale.
I think that this butterfly would just disappear if it landed on a green plant, don't you?!
I love watching the butterflies, but I have very few videos of them. Have you ever tried to video a butterfly up close? Mine are so quick and cover the whole back yard in a matter of seconds. To keep them in view, I have to zoom out to most of the yard and then you can't even tell what color they are! New background is nice!
Good morning Pal, thanks for passing on the message from your visitor. That was very sweet of her. Been on Pinterest gettting some new Fall pretties. We are gray and damp here for the thrid day in a row and I wouldn't mind some sun. Made some Broccoli cheese soup yesterday that Darci shared the recipe for. It turned out quite good. Hi there Wendy. Its a pretty day here. Going to get warm but so far it isn't to bad outside. Went and ate lunch with my husband today. Not much else going on. My husband doesn't talk alot about his shoulder. We have a hot tub and we got in it last night. He was moving his arms around under the water and said his shoulder kind of burned some. He had therapy on it twice a week. Hopefully it is helping some. We got a little rain shower last night after we got out of the hot tub. It was an hour or so after we came in. It was a pretty day but overcast. We went to Va. Beach for a doc appoint for Rich as a f/u with hsi primary since he had a visit to the hospital a few days agao and they sent him home knowing nothing really. She thinks he has a hernia and wants hme to wear a medical belt and also take potassium. We went to Smokey Bones - a place known for great bbq ribs, plus chicken etc. Haven't been there in a very long time so it was a nice change. Got home after 6 so the day was a fast one. We had a little rain while up in Virginia but non down here in NC. How is your hubby doing with his injury to his shoulder, Cheryl? Hope he's doing good. Have a good nite. hugs, Wendy
