Was a georgeous day to start of the 3 day holiday, Pam. 78 and sunny blue skies, no huidity. Couldn't have a prettier day. Started pulling the roasted chicken I made the other day to make chicken salad, then to make soup. Stopped to take the potty chair frame only to our friend who just had a knee replacement Thursday. She's doing real good and he's taking good care of her. We saw him last nite at the Moose and told him we'll give it to him for her to try as they have a low standard toilet and it's not easy for her to get on and off it. So I hope it helps. Came home and finished making the soup and we finally got to eat around 8 o'clock. I put the small flags out down the drive and a few around the house. They reall should have been out last evening at the latest, but at least they are out. We are the only ones who do this in our neighborhood and I think we have the prettiest yard. Well its finally the last day of August. I'm hoping September will be cooler. The mornings are cool here, but the afternoon gets up in the 90's . I think I will change my page to Fall.
