good morning Pal, the new shower sounds pretty. I know it's relief to have it completed. I'm on my head to paint my bathroom but hubby isn't excited at the prospect. I could do most of the work with a paint roller, but I can't get on ladders to do the ceiling. He (hubby) is tired of staying home already and looking for a part time job. He just retired last December! Sure took me longer than that to get bored. lol. Well how did your dentist appt go yesterday? I hope I don't have to go back for a long time, except for a cleaning I guess. I spent way too much there this Spring! I had a root canal and lots of other stuff. It's been awful hot here but clouds and rain moving in today that will help cool us off. Hope your weekend is good!
At 4 pm it is only 100Β° but heat index is 103Β°. It could get hotter before it starts to cool off to the low 80's this evening. Sorry you don't feel good. Take care of yourself because you are important to me!

Hi there. I'm so tired of this heat we are having. And it isn't even August yet. That is usually a hot month with no wind. But I'm not ready for the cold weather either. I'm more of a Fall and Spring time person. I hope you are having a good afternoon my friend. Just wanting to let you know I have a doctor's appoinment Friday morning, which is out of town and we will be leaving tomorrow afternoon to spend the night, so I won't be on here tomorrow or Friday. I get this thing done called hormone pellet therapy.I get this done every 3 months and I have to go to a specialist that is 4 hours away. I don't mind the drive, it gets us out of town. We usually go and see our oldest daughter and her two sons. But this time we won't be seeing her as she and the boys have moved to Utah. She is getting married and having another baby boy in late Septmeber. I'm hoping we will be able to go see them in early October. Hopefully the weather won't be bad and we can go. You can never tell.
