Memorial Day is here but please never forget what this day is all about.  

You might be at home today with family and friends getting together.  

Or you might be on a summer vacation with family or visiting friends since school is out.  

Wherever you are or what you are doing, I hope your flag is flying high to remind others of this day and what it means to so many.  

When you look at flags today, remember the meaning of then flying in the wind, the last breath of those that gave their all so we could be free.  

After all, so many gave their all for our freedom.  The true meaning of Memorial Day.

Hi there Wendy. Had a nice day yesterday and went to the cemetaries yesterday and decorated the graves. It always bothers me to decorate my parents graves. Not a day goes by that I don't miss them. Not doing anything today besides laundry and my husband is going to try and get his mower going today so he can mow the yard. Tomorrow evening is our nephews home school graduation fro high school. Glad to hear that you are doing so good in walking. Well I will go for now. I need to go and put more bird seed in the bird feeder. We have lots of little sparrows and finches. More sparrows though and they love the wild bird seed that I feed them. Well take care my friend and enjoy your day. Hugs, Cheryl

I love taking pictures and the sun rising in the morning is a favorite time for me.  

But then, since I am up at night, I do love trying to take pictures then too.
