I've had another bad fall and that's why I'm not online often, it's not good to sit in front of the PC! I like your Page, it's very beautiful. Love and Hugs, Angelika
We got a good rain last night, 2 1/2 inches. We have a chance for more rain tonight. I was getting ready to take out the trash earlier and opened the front door and it was pouring down rain. So I had to wait until it stopped raining to go to the dumpster. The sun has been trying to come out and I sure hope it doesn't . That will make for a humid day if it does. I hope you are having a good afternoon. And it isn't to hot or humid where you live. Take care my friend and many hugs to you, Cheryl
May your day be ever so nice to you as you do your daily duties of the day and take some time off to enjoy the moments of the day with a fresh cup of coffee and or tea. We are having very cool temps this week so a nice hot cup of coffee sounds delicious to me right at the moment. Smiles Gloria

Good afternoon to you. I hope you are having a nice afternoon. Its a cloudy and cool day here today. A cool front came through last night and have made the day very nice, except we have a chance for thunderstorms later today and into tonight. Hopefully they won't be bad. Had a nice time last night and the family get together at my sister in law's house. Got to watch the kids and some grown ups pop fireworks. Just tired today from staying up late. Didn't get to bed until 11:15 last night and I am usually in bed by 9:30. I have already had a nap and feel refreshed.Enjoy the rest of your afternoon and evening my friend. Take care. Hugs, Cheryl
Hello Pal, I cooked a late breakfast for us today too, cleaned up my kitchen, made a blueberry cobbler and did 2 loads of laundry which will dry as fast on the line as it would in the dryer. Why wouldn't it when it's 100 degrees out there? lol. No big plans here, going to grill out some burgers for supper and maybe do potato salad. Glad your pie turned out good, yep you and Rich can eat leftovers till it's gone. Hoping the fireworks aren't too bad tonight since my dogs are terrified. Have a safe and happy fourth! huggies, Beth
The 4th of July is finally here. Firework sales have been very, very good this year.
Every night the sky around our house has been lit up. And there have been lots of cities that have had celebrations on different nights.
There are flags flying everywhere. The Rotary Club in Rockwall puts flags out and takes them up on every holiday for those that pay to have a flag in their yard or subdivision.
There are parades and parties going on everywhere too. Some pets don't seem to mind the loud noise and fireworks or even dressing up.
Wherever you are, I hope you ate lots of good food and had fun with others! The party is almost over! Now it is almost time for me to get ready for work again.
But I will probably be wearing red, white, and blue the rest of the week. Happy 4th of July on this wonderful Independence Day!
Please don't send me any "4th of July greetings" because I live in Germany. When my time it allowed I will write you more per e-mail. I was about 90 days not online.
Good afternoon to you. Its warming up to another hot and humid day. I already have the air conditoner on. My husband and I worked out in the yard most of the afternoon yesterday. We were cleaning up the tree limbs from the wind storm we had a week ago. It was a hot and humid day yesterday. We usually go and get groceries on Sunday evening and eat out. But we didn't last night as we were tired and sweaty from working in the yard. Do you have anything planned for the 4th? We do, we are going down the street to Tony, my husband, sister's house for eating out in the yard and then watching the younger ones pop fireworks later after it gets dark. I'm just taking it easy this afternoon. I did go to Walmart and get the stuff we needed since we didn't go yesterday. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care and stay cool. Many hugs to you, Cheryl
