Hello Pal, you are quite welcome for the calendar. Think I have a better one somewhere I can use though. I guess by now you have had the dinner with the Thai food. I never replied yesterday to your comment. I've never had it but I do hear it's spicy and I probably wouldn't like it because of that. Was the birthday party yesterday too? I always do gift cards when I'm in doubt, maybe because I love to recieve them for gifts. lol. We are warm here and so windy! My old farmhouse is creaking and popping with the strong gusts and I am flashing back to Hurricane Michael. It was so scary with the sound of the high winds, I guess I have some Post Traumatic stress still from it. Not sure I ever really believed in such a thing till I experienced it. Have you been following the Murdaugh trial in SC? I have, of course, being a true crime person. Wow, is all I can say. What a piece of work he is, and what a giant narcissist. So glad the jury found him guilty. They would have to be deaf and blind not too though. Hope your weekend is good, Wendy and you don't get these nasty storms. love, Beth
Another day to celebrate and to share your smile, your purpose and your dreams with others. Another day to celebrate life after the storms!
Remember you never know what someone else is going through or why they are unhappy.
Friends are such an important part of our life. I am blessed to have you as my friend.
I want you to know that you are in my prayers and I thank Jesus for your friendship every day.
Goodness, Happiness, and Angels were all around last night just as they are every minute of every day and night. Please keep Sparks505 in your prayers as she hasn't posted her bulletins in 2 days. Thank you!
Good afternoon to you. I hope you are having a wonderful afternoon. Its partly cloudy here and kind of cool.No rain in site. Went to see my son this morning and then had lunch with him and his girlfriend at Pizza Hut. Had a good time, then came home and took a much needed nap and got my last load of laundry in the dryer. How is the weather where you live? Take care my friend. Many hugs to you, Cheryl
Good Morning! Would you like to go on my walk with Jesus this morning? There is so much to see.
All the animals are out saying Good Morning to each other too.
These two look like our Carly. She chased a bunny rabbit out from under the storage building but it was still faster than she was and got away.
Butterflies are checking out the flowers on our walk today and of course they are both orange.
There are other colors too as these Passion Flowers are showing off. I sure hope you enjoyed our walk and will come again with me soon. Please say a prayer of protection today as Texas is expecting possible tornadoes and hail with our storms moving through.
Mom to Cam shared this one with me and I couldn't not share it with you. Thanks Lisa!
Last week, Lubbock had 70 mph winds most of the day. Yes, their yard is full of tumbleweeds again.
I know some still have snow and cold temperatures. We had rain this morning (almost 2/10") and are once again completely overcast and dreary. Tomorrow they are warning of tornadoes and hail in the DFW area.
I just walked around outside to take these pictures. Things are popping up all over at my house. So I hope these beautiful colors help cheer you up today with lots of Blessings and Hugs coming your way!
Good Morning Wendy, I found us some March calendars. I'll get them added soon. Did your soup turn out good? Yes, it's been warm and nice here, very Spring like too. Yesterday the girls came for lunch and I made homemade chalupas. It was a dough I made from scratch. It tasted good but was hard to make in to chalupa or taco shapes. We ended up just eating them plain. They all got eaten though. I also made Orange fluff for dessert. Is it warming up your way too? Wishing you a good first day of March!
Good afternoon to you my friend. Its a dirty and windy day here but at least its warm here and in the low 70's. Not much going on here today. Just busy doing the laundry as its a never ending chore. I hope you are having a good afternoon. Take care and many hugs from me to you. Cheryl
Monday sure does come around often. Where does the weekend go? The good thing today is... SUNSHINE and we did not get any storms last night but my prayers for Oklahoma and the other states that got hit hard. Our friends in Lubbock had 70 mph winds yesterday and yes, their yard is full of tumbleweeds again. I hope to get outside and get some Vitamin C today. What are your plans?
Hey Pal, how was your weekend? It feels much more like May here than late Feb. The Spirea (Bridal Wreath) is in full bloom already and that doesn't usually happen till March at the soonest, sometimes April. On Friday I went with the girls to get 6 baby chicks. (for them) Their flock had dwindled down to one hen. They are so cute, 4 of them will be black and 2 of the red, when they're grown. It's so warm here the bees are buzzing already. I know we'll have another cold snap or two, we always do around Easter each year. What have you been up to? Nothing too exciting here. Been out planting and watering flower seeds off and on since last week. The cats won't stay out of the new garden even though we chase them out. Wish hubby would go ahead and fence it in. Hope your day is good as we begin a new week. love, Beth
