forgot to say I left my snowmen out too. I have 3 and then a couple of knick knacks with snowmen on them. I love snowmen too. Probably because I live in a state where they are completely not happening. lol. Pooh Day is Jan. 18. When I get all my stuff put out for that I'll send a pic.
Good Morning Pal, the sun is finallyl popping out. Gonna be a nice day. It finally warmed up too after a few chilly days. Made a trip to Lowe's yesterday so hubby could look for some items needed for a project outside. How was your weekend? I cooked a big meal last night, shake n bake pork chops and have leftovers so don't have to cook again today. Leaving soon to take my little boy dog to be groomed. He is looking more like a sheep than a dog lately. Haha. have a good new week!

Then I have some thrillers, romantic suspense, historical romance, action and adventure too. You know the kind you don't want to read out loud.
But my favorite and the gendra that I read the most now at my age is Christian Fiction. Those are the ones I enjoy sharing the most too. Often I have to put my book down and think about what I just read or even underline it and bookmark it.
I was under the weather for a couple of days but so much better now. Didn't even read too much but got caught up in my sleep. The new girl's first day is tomorrow. Now I have a million things to catch up on including finishing my book.
Good Morning Pal, yes it was rude of the lady to complain about the soup. She should be grateful to have something provided and just not eat it if she didn't like it. Yep, it warmed up nicely here yesterday after a chilly start. Even cooler this morning but I am loving it. I haven't been spending as much time with the girls lately. Hubby retired for one thing and also they have been sick with flu since right after Christmas. I miss them too. We did get together on Christmas night to exchange gifts. They are all feeling better finally and I'm glad. They are always cautious to not expose me to stuff when they're sick. No weekend plans here either. Got the house back to normal but it looks bare without all the Christmas pretties. I'm thinking of doing a Pooh theme in my dining room since Nat'l Pooh Day is soon and I have quite a big Pooh collection that I've accumulated through the years. Hope your day is good!
Hi Cheryl - how is your Friday going? I hope you're having a good day. It's a bight sunny clear day with the temp around 60. Haven't been doing anyting exciting today - think I have seets to fold in the dryer and gonna make pork chops for dinner before we go out wit our friends. I'm tired and wish I could take a nap, but i don't have the time right now. Hey Pal, yep it sounds like you are about to get cold up your way. I've got my plants like I want them finally and some of the bigger ones get brought in at night. I cover the ones that are not so risky with an old tablecloth. Yes, I heard that Damar (the football player) is doing better and that's certainly an answer to prayer. Yes, so far so good with hubby being home retired. He has been hunting each day and he enjoys that. He has his own tv and I have mine. Otherwise I would have to watch football and Andy Griffith each day. lol. I haven't seen So help me Todd but I do watch Ghosts. It's so funny and I really like it. Thorfinn is my fav. Hubby says he is going to close in the corner of our screen porch to make a walk-in storage closet and I sure am glad. I was ready for that years ago! Our house is so old and had 2 whole closets in the whole thing. Small closets at that. He probably won't start on it till the weather warms a little (and hunting season ends) Happy weekend friend. Any plans? None here exept shopping for groceries and housework. Blech.
