Just thought this should start out our month of Thanksgiving. My goodness, we all have something we can be thankful for everyday if we just take the time to look around and think about it.
And of course I have to tell you how much your friendship on the Hill means to me. I had a rough day starting yesterday afternoon. Please keep my son and his friend, Paul, in your prayers.
You know how important your smile is to others as it lets your love shine. And we all need that everyday, some days much more than others.
Please have a gorgeous week and say thanks to those, like Doc Shell, and the many others that help us have beautiful tags, beautiful pages, and figure out how to navigate this most awesome place (thanks TC & EB) where we come and share with each other and become wonderful friends.
Good morning. Happy Monday. I started out at 46° and I am hopeful of reaching into the 60s. It may be the last day we see this in the next hundred years. With the time change, I find myself getting started earlier than ever, and consequently completing my protocol at an earlier time. Upon completion of the protocol, by the way, it went pleasantly, so I decided to take breakfast along with my coffee. I started off with vinegar flavored coffee. I found myself deprived of eggs this morning. My first inclination was to go into a panic, although I knew the situation yesterday, but then I remembered that I went over a year without any eggs due to the virus affecting every aspect of my life. In either case, I am moving on now without an agenda for today. I believe the term is, PLAYING IT BY EAR. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Happy Sunday. Nice day yesterday and maybe again today. Odd for this time of year. No hint of snow yet and usually we have some by now. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
The weekend is here and I sure hope yours is going great, so far. I just made a new recipe for pimento cheese spread and it is sinfully good. Now I'm waiting for my dryer to finish so I can fold laundry and then I'll be done for the day.
We have had frost 2 mornings in a row. Some of my plants are NOT happy. However, starting Sunday, we should be back in the 70's for almost a week with mostly 50's for lows.
So here is to a beautiful day today and the entire weekend for you and me. I will have to go check on some of my plants as soon as it warms up a bit more.
Take time this weekend to stop and smell the flowers, share your smile with others, and know that I am sending you
