In all honesty - I am a sci-fi / horror movie fan. The scarier, the better for me. I still like comedies, etc. but they don't really do it for me.

I enjoy just about any kind of music - depends on my mood and what I am doing.

I enjoy novels by Karen Marie Moning, Robyn Carr, Katie McAlister, James Paterson, Jeffrey Dreaver, just to name a few. If the book interests me, I will read it - if it is really good - I will try more by the same author.

It's hard to say what my favourite colour is - I like most colours - but I guess the bright colours do it for me! I definitely don't really like the dark colours unless they are combined with a bright colour to stand out. Some of the florescent shades are great!

Depends on my mood - sometimes its salad and someimtes its french fries.
Usually, anything to do with potatoes is a good bet with me.
Not a great meat eater - prefer chicken or fish - in small portions.
Love deserts - of course! - but don't indulsge myself too often!

I am currently 65yrs old. Semi retired. I work 3 days a week. My job is customer service and I work from home through my pc and phone. Which is just great! I have been doing this job for about 8 yrs now. The hardest part was being disciplined to get up at a certain time and go to my office and work as if I was "at work" for my 8 hrs. But once I started, it became easy. I have a cat, Muffin, she is a "china white". She is 15yrs old and this year has developed a hyper-thyroid and also feline asthma. She is very good about taking her meds though. I spend most Saturdays and some late afternoons at my daughters - just have the one - playing with my three grandchildren - 2 girls - 9 & 6, 1 boy - 3.
Other than that, my time is my own to please myself. There is no "significant other" in my life at this time and I have not been looking.

I love animals - especially cats and dogs! I have a cat of my own.
I love rainbows - they make a day very special!
I love rainy days in the forest - listening to the rain hitting the leaves - so soooothing!
I love sitting on a beach when it is storming and watching the waves roll in and crash - the site and sound just "awes" me.!

Don't like Rude People.
Don't like Rude Drivers.
Don't like people who don't clean up after their dogs when walking them.

I don't know if this is a hobby, but I love reading - go through novels like they are going out to style - read historical romance, mystery, horror, paranormal, a little sci-fi, a few "slutty-trashy" novels (as I call them) and biographies. As you can see my reading is quite diverse.

I also like to cross-stitch and generally have at lease two pictures on the go. I love to do crosswork puzzles. I also love to do "picture puzzles". I do some crafting as well. I am never at a loss for something to do to keep me busy!
