My wife makes a hamburger dish in the oven that is a patty with potatoes, squash, onions and seasonings all cooked together in aluminum foil that is as good as any steak I have ever had

Laid off 2 times in a year so have a handyman business I am trying to coax along but comes in spurts. Married to a beautiful woman whom I adore.
