I enjoy movies....I go see a film at least once a week. My newest favorite actor is Daniel Day Lewis ("There Will Be Blood"). I also love Harrison Ford, Robert Downey Junior, Shirley MacLaine, Katharine Hepburn, Audrey Hepburn.....ad infinitum!

I listen to native American music when I am painting. I also like Spanish guitar. Oh, I adore the Bee Gees and the Moody Blues!

I adore all colors because I am an artist.

I thoroughly enjoy all food! But the one food I would want to eat daily if I had the money to afford it is LOBSTER!

And if I can't have lobster, I will settle for diver scallops or a well-marbled thick, rare strip steak!

Don't need to mention I am a chocoholic besides....

Not much to say except I was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and have lived in New Jersey, Round Rock, Texas, and now Connecticut. Texas gave me a taste of ideal, warm weather, so we hope to retire southward in 2010.

I love my husband Jim and my four sons and one daughter. I have four granddaughters and a new grandson,who are beautiful and smart and they give my soul wings!!!!
My little dogs are my heart. Rosie is a bichon frisé from Texas! She is 11. Angus is my husband's pooch, a Scottie, aged 12. Then there is my baby girl Sammie Miami (2) and my younger baby Gracie 8 months), both beautiful Yorkies.

I love Vegas! (Three of my kids reside there.)

My all-time favorite hero is Martha Stewart!

My heart bleeds for any animal who is mistreated or abused, both physically and emotionally. I believe that until each of us honors all our animals, then NONE of us is civilized. They are a gift to enrich our lives and heal our hearts. Until we all realize this, we are diminished and sad.

I despise people who steal my joy.....

I don't much like Rachel Ray, either.....so shoot me.

I love to paint in my art studio. I have enough paint to last 1000 years. Just let my eyes hold out! Lately I have tried my hand with colored pencils.....it surely isn't what it used to be ......there are artists out there who can make their colored pencil work look like photos! I am aiming for something much more than crayola type work.
I also love reading. Again, I am a bibliophile and have more books than I can possibly read in ten lifetimes...all in bins under every bed! My favorite authors are Anne Rivers Siddons, Pat Conroy, Richard Russo, Kate White, ad infinitum!
