I like SyFy movies, detective movies, and I watch the Medical Channel a lot. I also like the History Channel.

My favorite kind of music is contemporary Native American. I also like mellow jazz, and orchestra music, like that played by 101 Strings. I do not like hard rock, heavey metal, or rap.

My favorite author is Louis L'Amour. I've read nearly all the books he has written. His yarn about the Sackett family made me feel like I was related to them. Otherwise, I like to read Science Fiction books, especially those written by Isaac Asimov, Paul Anderson, and Anderson Paul. My favorite story that Isaac wrote was I,Robot, later made into a Syfy movie.

My favorite color is basically blue. However, my favorite color scheme is the combination of Southwest colors.

Mostly salads... I do not live to eat, I eat to live. Although I am only 65, I basically have the same physique I had when I was 18. I can still wear my old, military uniforms.

I would like to thank all of those who have been so kind to me, when I joined NOTH. You're the best! You will need to give me more time to work on this site, learn the ropes, etc. I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's about a year go, and I'm a bit slow concerning some things. If I don't get back to you in a timely manor, please, just be patient with me.

Talking about me is not one of my favorite things to do. There really isn't a lot to tell, actually. However, I am happily married, the father of six children (one was killed), grandpa to 17 grandchildren, great grandpa to two children. I delivered my last two children myself, in the Piños Altos Mountains Forest. I have a BA in psychology and a MA in counseling. My job description was 'Child Psychologist.'

My best buddy is my canine, Kaya. He is a Chow/Dingo mix - the worst and best of both breeds. He weighs about 130lbs., five pounds of which are his teeth. Wherever I am you will find my Kaya within a couple of feet from me.

I like peace, love, happiness, joy, and contentment, and I strive to keep it that way.

Cussing, vulgarity, people who try to push their religion down my throat (I'm not a religious man, and I will never be). I am nothing more and nothing less than one of God's kids. I hate backbiting, slander, and gossip, and anything related to those things.

I have my own repair shop, and I like fixing things that are mechanical. I have a gift for it. I guess one could say that my favorite hobby is my computer. I also like to cook. My wife, 13 years younger than me, is self employed and gone from the house a lot. That makes me the chief cook and bottle washer. I don't really like the 'bottle washer' part, but hey, someone has to do it...
