Tom Jones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Michael Buble, The Eagles, The Partridge Family, Tom Waits, Buddy Holly, Buddy Greco, The Who, Frank Sinatra, Annie Lenox, Queen, Melissa Etheridge (yes, that IS a strange combination - hey -- I'm ecclectic, okay?)

Nora Roberts, Patricia Cornwell, Stephen King, James Patterson and so many, many more. I'm a voracious reader, and I read FAST, so it's hard to keep up with them all... Let's just say that if I don't have something to read, I go into withdrawl. I've also been known to have two or three books going at once, which drives my husband crazy.

chocolate brown, turquoise, pink, apple green, cherry red, all shades of blue, lemon yellow, moss green... okay... I like 'em all.

Polka dots are good no matter what the color.

I've made some bad decisions and some good ones, loved a lot, learned a lot and seen a few things. It's all worked out pretty well, so I reckon I'll keep right on doing more of the same.

Cupcakes, pedicures, dogs, Hello Kitty, gerbera daisies, toile, vintage kitchen goods and table linens, laughing until I cry, garage sales, eyeshadow, lobster, wildflowers, depression glass, the ocean, my Zune, chick flicks, e-mail, girlfriends, frozen margaritas, Rummi-Kub, Texas Hill Country, bubble baths, cats, the mountains, the sound of my daughter's voice, books, jars full of buttons, shoes, fireworks, walking barefoot in puddles, solitude.

Bad drivers, long lines, televised sports of any kind, irresponsibility, smoking, drunk people, liver, grits and okra, self-pity and bad spelling.

Scrapbooking and rubber stamping, baking, reading, writing, general craftiness, collecting seashells, making a fool of myself.
