Oh my gosh. I have so many favorites I could watch over & over. Chick flicks, love stories like Ghost. I love Sandra Bullock, Richard Gere, Sally Field & Julia Roberts. Just too many to mention.

I like the oldies. Anything from the 50's to the 80's. My sons grew up in the 70's so I like a lot of their music. Younger people are surprised that I know a lot of that music.

No favorite books but I read anything written by Debbie Macomber. I do like some mysteries. I go to the library all the time & am a fast reader so check out around 15 books at a time & have them read within a 2 week period.

I love anything pastel. Guess I am a Spring person.

I guess I would have to say Chinese. I will eat anything with shrimp in it. I also have to have my Southern Fried Chicken & catfish. Then would be steak. Not much on the ground meat dishes.

Not into Twitter but do have a Facebook account. Have reconnected with a lot of my old school friends that I haven't seen or talked too since I got married.

I have been married 49 years to my high school sweetheart. And to think everyone said it would last because I was just 17 & he was 19. We have 3 wonderful sons, 2 awesome daughters-in-law (my youngest son was married twice & says never again. We will see.) I have 2 beautiful granddaughters which I will post pics of all my family later. Then there is my 14 yr. old grandson that is so sweet & handsome. My middle son married a lady that has a 26 yr. old son & a 19 yr. old daughter. So, I have the 2 step-grands & 2 step-great-granddaughters that I have never met. My husband is homebound as he has COPD & bladder cancer. I had a double mastectomy last Sept. but it had not moved to any lymph nodes so I didn't have to have any treatments. Thank God we caught it in time. We live in Shreveport, LA & wish we could have retired to Corpus Christi but health issues wouldn't allow it.

I like walking in the rain & snow. I love rainy days. I am a very outgoing person so I like meeting new people & making friends.

I don't like liars, thieves, cheaters or people that think they are better than me. I don't feel I am better than anyone else but nobody is better than me. I don't like people that talk about others behind their backs or as they are called - back stabbers. I am not perfect but I try to set a good example to everyone I meet. What you see is what you get. I will be your friend until you prove to me that I shouldn't be.

My hobbies are few these days. I do love to read, sew, play games on the computer & watch my fav shows on tv such as NCIS (gotta love Mark Harmon's sexy smile), 48 Hrs., Law & Order, and of course American Idol, Dancing with the Stars & America's Got Talent.
