Hello my friend. How are you? I'm doing good. Had a busy day yesterday so I didn't have time to leave any comments. Went shopping this morning. Its a breezy and warm day here today. Had a nice weekend spending it with our daughter and two grandsons. They are at that age they are so fun to be around. Everything went fine at the doctor. Every 3 months I get a hormone therapy pellets put in. If you google it you can find out what that is. It helps me so much with my homones. Not much else going on . I will go for now and finish my comments. Have a great afternoon and evening. Take care. Many hugs, Cheryl
Very interesting about the hormome pellets. Is this to help with menopause symptoms?
Hi there. Just answering you question. Yes it is to help with menopause symtoms. I had a hysteroctomy several years ago. And that caused me to go into full blown menopause. Was not fun. So this helps a lot.
Thanks. I had a hysterectomy also many years ago but they left my ovaries in tact so I did not need to take any hormones. So great they help you :)
Blessing this Sunday! All my teams won in College Football yesterday and early today we had a bit of rain. What more could you ask for, you say?! Cooler temperatures are on the way for most of this week. Yes, Saturday will be 89° again but most of the week will be wonderful temperatures. Hope you enjoy your week!
Good to be home after a couple of uncomfortable nites at the hospital. Home beds are so goo but didn't have a good nite - had foot cramps a couple times and the first thing getting after bed this morning. Hope tonite is better. Lost 10 lbs while at the hospital as I had nothing to drink or eat while he was in there. His daughterr drove us home and we stopped at Hardees and I couldn't even eat 1/2 of my burger - just got used to not eating. I'm sure I'll put it back on as it's mostly water. I did get into a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in a while, so that was good! Hope the last several days have been good one!
Saturday! Football, day off from work, laundry, defrost freezer... RELAX! At a near record (95°) day of 93°, we are excited about a chance of rain Sunday and Monday (none so far this month) and cooler temperatures.

Did things around the house Cheryl, and tried out my new 12" cast iron fry pan - had a Porterhouse steak. It didn't turn out as pink as we like, but ws still pretty good. Haven't cooked in cast iron in many a year. Was 70 and real nice out - watered the plants and planted a basil plant that I've had in watere for months. We'll see if it lives! Tomorrow 75. Must be Indian summer!! Glad you had a good time with your grandchildred. How old are they. I've been on a hormon patch since I had a hysterectomy about 30 years ago, so I kinda know what you mean about helpng. Have a good nite. Hugs, Wendy
Once more frost on the rooftops this morning. This is reminding me to finish up the cleaning of the flowerbeds these next few days. But in the mean time I need a nice fresh pot of coffee. Think I will go with the flavor of caramel apple from the New England Coffee brand. May you have a wonderful week and a very nice Monday day. Smiles Gloria
The day after the day that I walk out the front door and the air is crisp, with just a hint of the Autumn days ahead, I put cinnamon in my coffee. ~Betsy Cañas Garmon
