Friday is here and the weekend is almost here again. What is happening in your world today?
We begin most days with a kiss from the sun!
Maybe we can find some shells along our journey today.
I love watching the clouds move in and seeing how different they are each day.
Or watching as the sun changes the colors of the sky as the daylight starts to fade.
The end of the day approaches and the sun starts to set and reflections take on a magical quality. Isn't the sun something wonderful and very hot this summer!
Had a good day Cheryl - glad you also had a nice time with your son and soon to be daughter in law. It was nice that you were able to help her fix her wedding dress. I deep cleaned our bathroom counter - it hasn't been done since before all the tearing apart and rebuilding of the shower. It sure needed it. The floor has been done but as you know bathroom floors have to be done often. I'll do it tomorrow. Someone is coming tomorrow to fix the baseboard or at least look at it and take measurments. then we'll go to the Moose till midnite and have bbq, baked beans and either cole slaw or ff. Now I know that you are glad I am your friend too. Have you ever been called normal? I am not sure any of us are normal or if we even know what that means anymore.

It's hot here too Cheryl. Thought it was supposed to be cooler but my car said 90 when I went out so it's not cooler to me. Maybe the humidity is down - not sure about tht either. Going to a Moose meeting tonte and then a late dinner that'sll be Mexican again. It's only there and Applebees that are open till 10 and we never get out of ther till 9:30. Nothing else done but I did go to a department store looking for a white top but they are all gone unless you are a L or XL. found a pair of shorts though and a top to match in blue. I swear most of my closet is blue! got to put the clothes in the dryer and hop they get done before we leave as honey doesn't like anythign running if we leave the house. have a good rest of the evening and nite. Now it is Wednesday, and I am off to run errands. Hubby has a chiropractic appointment and is out of hearing aid batteries and milk. My car needs gasoline. Besides, we need to get out before the 100°+ temperatures are back. So enjoy your day!
Hey Cheryl How was your day? it was another hot 95 or so day but a thunderstorm came by and poured for a short time then the sun came out. Got real dark again but we didn't get anything more. It did cool things off by 20 degrees and only supposed to be in the mid 80's which will be a nice break - hope not much humidity will be along with it. I wonder how many people got sunburned at the beach these last 2 days. Have a good Wed. and glad it cooled off for you too. Hugs, Wendy
Not cool here Cheryl - it was 95 when I went out today and went up to 98 with a heat index of over 105. I think the house could feel cooler but Rich thinks it's fine. don't know how my kid in Jersey is feeling as the AC ther broke last month - not surprised as they never had it service since I left. They are trying to hold out till the end of the season when prices for a new one come down - but I doubt if they will - not by very much anyway. Glad your temps are nicer today and hope yur dy was good. Hugs, Wendy
Sunday morning blessings to you! A new week is starting for us and I only work 2 days then Jody will be Kelly's full time Business Office Assistant.
Gosh how I will miss talking to our clients each day and I'll miss Kelly a lot too. But I will let it all go until they call me to come in when Jody needs a vacation day to visit her family.
I will still be singing out loud the happiest tune I can find each and every day.
I will have a new voice and a new song to be sung. Oh my, why are people around me covering their ears?
Just because I am singing my heart out and sharing it with the world around me. A new chapter is starting again.
