Sunday is not always a day of rest. But it is always a day for coffee and Blessings from God.
So today the fence should be sprayed with Wood Defender Cedar Color Stain. It is not cheap but I will be at work tomorrow to help pay for this so check the bulletins for my daily updates.
However, there are days that I am not sure I know anything at all. Do you have days like that?
Well, if you do, come on over. I will pour you a cup of coffee and we will sit on the porch and talk about solving all the problems of the world.
After all that is what friends are for each and every day, rain or shine or blistering hot Texas weather.
I didn't do anything today. didn't sleep well last nite - was up most of the nite and took a long nap this afternoon. Didn't go out to the Moose tonite - my face broke out and I think it was because I used a medicated cream on it that was old. that's the only thing that was different. I'm puting a steroid cram on it but so far it hasn't done anything to help. I hope it clears up before we go out Sunday nite. That was nice that you had lunch with your son and girlfriend. I had a dermatology appointment this afternoon. Just had one little area on the side of my nose that needed freezing. He said I was doing well and he didn't need to see me for 1 year. I didn't get the appointment so I don't know when that'll be. Went to the CPOA as it was wing nite. We got 15 and it was enough to split between the both of us plus fries. Met his brother and his wife there and another friend showed up. It was another 90 day and it rained heavily on the way home ffrom Aldi's. Let up by the time I got home but came down hard while I was driving and I hate that. Sure hop you remain scorpion free and glad you are healing so fast. Have a good nite. Hugs, Wendy

I cleaned bathrooms today and made dinner before we left for a meeting at the Moose. Tired of eating at either Applebees or Mexican after the meeting and it's late to eat, so we ate before going tonite. They are the only two places that are open till 10 and at times they don't leave the Moose till 9 or 9:30. It rained some when we left to go home -- not suprised as it was hot again today but guess the humidity was built up enough today. Hope you feel better and can sleep in the bed tonite - I'd still be afraid to even stay in the house! don't know how you even slept on the couch! Hugs, Wendy
Hey Cheryl - how has your tuesday been? It's been a quiet day here with heat and sun all day long. I've been out pulling some weeds twice and Rich finally came out to weed eat as there was no way I caould pull that amount of weeds. It looks so much better now. I hear ya about the heat Cheryl. It was 90 something here and withthe humidity it felt like 100. had a storm this afternoon where it poured but not for long. Pulled some weeds out front but it's so bad that it didn't even make a dent. Rich will not do a thng but mow anymore. It wore me out so bad that later in the afternoon, I had to take a nap. Went to the auxillary meeting tontie and ate there. The men did the meal tonite and it wasn't too bad. Have a nice nite Cheryl. Hugs, Wendy
