It is already Sunday! Oh my! Well, time for me to start getting ready for my last 4 weeks.
Yesterday morning I was outside watering shortly after 7 am. By 9 am I was dripping wet and as I was finishing up, I saw a couple of beautiful butterflies. Yes, they were ORANGE and I got a good video too.
Have you looked around today to see the beauty right near you today? A picture is worth a thousand words.
Anytime of the day and any season of weather or season of life, there is always something beautiful to behold.
So I hope before this Sunday is over, you have looked around to find all things beautiful and smiled!!!
hello, enjoy SUNDAY in the company of your loved ones, because a day surrounded by your FAMILY is worth more than all the GOLD in the WORLD. have a lot of fun, kisses, maria, take care
Hi Cheryl - how was your Saturday? I hope you had a good cool day. It was another 90 degree day and felt like overr 100. It wasn't a problem as I was inside in the AC all morning then went to get vitamins and suppliments as I was out. Walgreens had B1G1 so it wasn't so bad. A thunderstorm started when I came out of the pharmacy and had lots of rain and lightening with it. It let up just as we were almost home. Then the sun came back out and it was nice again. Our friends called and wanted to know if we would like to have dinnerwith them as it was his birthday. So we did and we all had a nice dinner. Hope you had a nice day - have a good nite also. hugs, Wendy
Happy Friday to you too Cheryl. It's also hot and muggy here. When I woke up and opened the linds the windows were all foggy from the bit of rain we had during the nite and the humidity. Did a load of laundry but forgot to put it in the dryer and they are jeans I want to wear tonite when going to the Moose. Oh well. I'll find something else. I sleep late all the time Cheryl and when I have toget up early, I always take a nap as I can't stay awake by the afternoon. Have a good day and enjoy the upcoming weekend. Hugs, Wendy
Did a load of whites and then went to a dental appointment. I chose to get insurance to get 20% off every visit and free cleaning if done 2x/yr. Made the bill over $900 - when that's a hit to the purse!! Folded the laundry when I got home and made dinner. It was 90 degrees today and no rain - will be hotter tomorrow. Felt like 100. Rich mowed the lawn around 5pm but it was still pretty hot out there but had to do it today as it's gonna rain tomorrow and thru the weekend. Have a good nite.
I went tothe doctor's with Rich - it was his appointment - nothing new but she did do blood work. Then we went out to eat - he went the wrong way so we didn't get to go to the place we wanted but went to a sorts bar and had a good shrimp dinner - was the first time we had eaten and it was 5 o'clock. Am goning to the casino with the senior group inthem orning - the bus leaves at 8am which means I have to get up at 7 am - UGH! It'll be the first time I've gone as they have gone several times in the past. Hope I won't be bored being there all day. I sure am sorry to hear your hubby doesn't have AC where he works and hope he is able to take breaks every so often. Have a good day tomorrow and I'll chat with you then. Good nite, Wendy
Oh my goodness! Sunday is here! I will probably be working Mon. thru Fri. the next two weeks. Please check the bulletins daily.
Yes, my burden is light even at work. I love our clients. Friday as I was ready to turn off my computer, the phone rang. What joy I left the office with after visiting with this long time client.
Yes, every day there are many blessings. To be able to work and help Kelly and our clients always puts a smile on my face.
You never know what someone else is going through. So I always try to find something positive and uplifting to say to them.
Sunday is for refueling because you never know what the week will bring you or what you might be going through either. So rest up and be ready for anything!
Yes, this is late today... because we got RAIN!!! Blessings from Heaven!!! We got almost 7/10" in just over 30 minutes. Oh my, did we ever need it. We still have very large cracks in the yard, but all the plants got a drink and my buckets were replenished.
