First, Marge, I want to thank you for your lovely Message pages; they always say the nicest things, and I want you to know I appreciate them very much.
Regarding hobbies - hmmmm - these days I'd have to say my favorite is taking naps! HA! True, though. My mother, who was left handed, tried to teach me, who is right handed, to crochet when I was a young girl. I did crochet pretty lace edges around handkerchiefs and one or two very small doilies, but they were not much to look at, so I quit. My mother could crochet beautifully, but my fingers just wouldn't do what hers would do. I can't even type very well. I managed to do it good enough to get a job as a secretary upon graduation from high school, but my fingers are just clumsy, and that's the way it is. So as far as keeping busy when watching TV is concerned, my main thing is falling asleep in my chair and missing the whole darn thing! Sometimes I get so aggravated at myself - I've even told Dick to wake me up when he sees I've fallen asleep, but he gets tired of doing it, because I don't stay awake - HA! True, though, once again. Usually, I don't sleep all that well at night, so I suppose that is why when I get comfortable in my lounge chair in the evening I hurry off to Sleepville! I really can't say I have any hobbies now. I'm 82, and just trying to keep up with everything is hobby enough.

HI MARIA HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU AND THE HUBBY. JUST WONDERING DO YOU HAVE ANY HOBBIES THAT YOU MAY DO AT NIGHT WHILE WATCHING TV? I LIKE TO CROCHET BLANKETS AND BABY STUFF WHILE WATCHING TV ITS TO KEEP MY HANDS BUSY FROM PUTTING GOODIES IN MY MONTH LOL. WELL SOME TIMES IT HELPS.
A very good day to you . Woke up to 83 degrees to start off this morning so going to get yard done as soon as the sun comes up . Glad I have a battery operated mower so I won't wake the neighbors up . Have a great weekend & don't forget to smile at someone to make their day .
