Hello Marge  Well today was nicer day. In 70's. Friday evening had bad thunderstorm--wind and lightening. Split a box  elder tree in yard. So hubby cleaned up the mess Sat. Then Sunday was church. ***Took nap when got home.  Have a blessed week Hugs Helen

YES ITS NICE TO HAVE THINGS TO CELEBRATE IT MAKES FOR A FUN SUMMER THEY ENDED THE FESTIVAL WITH FIREWORKS LAST NIGHT I WASN'T THEIR BUT MY DAUGHTER TOOK PICTURES AND POSTED IT ON FB IT WAS A VERY GOOD ENDING FOR A FESTIVAL WEEK. WE ARE BACK IN THE LOW 70s FOR THIS WEEK ITS ALWAYS IN THE 90s FOR THE FESTIVAL SO THAT OVER AND SO IS THE 90s

I survived the hot weekend, lol
2 cool showers a day & staying in air-conditioning,
as much as possible,

I've never heard of a potato blossom festival, Marge.  Am sure it is very nice.  We have strawberry festivals, crab festivals, waterfowl festivals here but not potato blossom festivals - Ha!  Good to have things to celebrate!
