Still loads of snow on the ground but it is gradually melting down. Warms my heart the surprises of April when you start your day and wonder now are we going to have rain or snow or the glorious sunshine this day. My how I enjoy all the four seasons. I'm glad you can get about now, but I still find it depressing having to look at huge mounds of snow piled up here and there melting ever so slowly. But then you would know that about me, for I've made it clear how much I dislike snow; it is so confining to old folks like Dick and me. It is a gorgeous day here, but temp still only in 50s; however, it is to go to 70 deg. here tomorrow and into the 70s on Saturday, with rain. Seeing that it is spring, you can guess our forecast for Sunday, Monday, etc. - turning much colder! Again! Boo! Next thing I know the temp will be in the 90s, and we'll all be roasting. Afraid some of us are hard to satisfy - HA!
So glad to know you can get out safely now. Still, be careful - no falling!

HI MARIA HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL. WELL UPPER MAINE HAS BEEN HAVING A LOT OF SUNSHINE THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS AND YES THE SNOW IS MELTING SLOWLY BUT IT IS COLD AND THE ROADS N SIDEWALKS ARE CLEAN SO I CAN GO OUTSIDE WITH OUT FEAR OF FALLING VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT LOL.

Good evening Marge. Sorry about that snow you got on the weekend. Yes spring is very slow to move in this year. At my girl's place we just got maybe an inch or so. It was still a cold weekend here. Temp was about the freezing mark and sunny but windy. It is supposed to be a bit milder starting tomorrow for the rest of the week. I just love the bright sunshine we have today. Looks like a perfect morning to sit on the porch to drink my coffee and read. I watched The Voice last night and then played some Bingo online. Didn't want to get up but feel just fine now. Have a good Tuesday. Hugs, Nancy
