The weekend is here.  Summer is back for a while so let's make the most of it.  

Do something with your friends.  Find someone who has a pool and go swimming.  

Maybe you have a friend whose family has a boat and you can go out on the lake for a ride.  

The Plano Hot Air Balloon Fest is next weekend.  That is always a fun event to go to in the early morning or in the early evening.  

Whatever you do with your friends this weekend, do it in Love and Grace!  

Good Morning!  May this Thursday be a blessing to you and to all those you encounter.  

That means you have to share your smile with them.  It might change their whole day.  

Be sure to take time for yourself too.  Take time to smell the flowers.  All I have to do is walk around my yard.  

The butterflies, bees, hummingbirds and lots of other birds just seem to be all around.  

Share your love for each other just like God's Love for you!  

Starting this week, I will be working every FRIDAY until the end of the year.  

Wish me luck!  I am trying to keep up with all the changes.  

And the $money$ always comes in handy.  I think Rbt enjoys a day to himself too!  

I probably will not post or send emails on Fridays!  But don't worry, I will be here when I can to send Blessings & Hugs to you!

This Tuesday as every day, let us count our blessings!    

I am rich and overflowing with blessings!  

And the future is looking even brighter.  One day I will be at Jesus' feet.  

Keep the faith and keep trying to follow His plan for you even though it may not be what you expect.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel and good things in the future.  

Always keep a lot of love for everyone in your heart!  

Monday is already here again.  

I am trying to stay with one cup even though it is a 24 oz insulated mug.  

Now that the weather is cooler, I have been enjoying lots of hummingbirds for several hours in the mornings.  

Can you spot him?  I have been having 5-10 each morning and they love chasing each other.  Then they each go to a different tree to rest up.  

After a few hours I come back to the computer to visit with you and wish you a wonderful new week.  

Good Friday Morning!  This first week of September flew by quickly!  

My pictures of the same roses on the same bush just 3 days apart.  Have you ever seen such a color change?  

Why do mosquitoes love me?  Why do their bites swell up into big, ugly, red spots on me?  

Please send mulch!  hehehe  It didn't go on sale for Labor Day.  So we will wait until next Spring... just 6 months away.  

Even weeds that bloom can be pretty like the one in my hanging basket!  Now where did that come from?  

I need a fresh batch of lady bugs to eat the aphids on my milkweed.

As I put this together, I am praying that this Tuesday will be a dark, overcast, rainy day for us.  

While I love to watch the lightning, I hope we don't have too much and that there will be no damage done if we do have lightning.  

Aren't Lighthouses amazing?  I love how they can warn those out at sea of the rocks and land that they are getting near.  

Just like God's Rainbow is a reminder of His promise to us.  

I love rain and thunderstorms.  After the storm comes the calm and everything is refreshed.  

So whether we get rain or sunshine today, enjoy it and count your blessings!

I hope you are sleeping in, getting lots of rest, and have nothing major on your "to-do" list this weekend.  

Mornings are the best time of day!  That is when it is the coolest here.  

I hope it is a nice day where you are.  I think I will go see what is going on outside.  

Then it should be time for lunch and maybe a nap if it is too hot to go back outside.  

Probably time to look and see what we will be having for dinner soon too.  

Well thinking about food and planning ahead is important.  But now I guess I'll say Blessings & Hugs!

Look around you to see the sites and sounds.  

One of my favorite sounds is the loud calls of the Blue Jays.  I always know when they are around.  

I used to grow Bird of Paradise flowers when we lived in South Texas.  Have you ever seen them growing?  

What makes you notice a butterfly?  Is it the movement, the sound, or the color?  

Just open your eyes and you will see His presence all around you.  Blessings will be upon you too.  

Thursday is here and that means the month of August is almost over.  

A mustard seed of Faith can accomplish anything!  

Always Believe and have Faith!  

Who would believe that a little itty bitty hummingbird could fly for so many miles?  

There are so many amazing things all around us.  

You know it is the last Taco Tuesday of August.  

As it begins to cool off, maybe a bicycle ride would be fun.  

I don't think I could get past the end of the driveway, so I will wait for you to come back.  

A horse ride in the early mornings would be a fun way to say goodbye to August too.  

Have you ever ridden a horse as it was crossing a river?  I haven't but it looks like it would be fun.  

However, if I am not on the bench when you get back, I'll be off walking with Jesus.  You are always welcome to join us.  

Good Monday Morning!  Did you survive the weekend?  

I love the smell of the coffee grounds when I make coffee and the smell of a freshly brewed pot.  

Now I had better get busy or you might not hear from me tomorrow.  Lots to do today!  

If you go out today, look around you.  You might spot someone who is hurting.  Give them your heart.  

Please don't forget to tell others you love them and that you carry them in your heart.  

After a successful and busy day, I pray God will give you a peaceful night of sleep.  

Monday, woo hoo!  

The Passion Vine is one of my favorite plants.  Isn't the Passion Vine Flower beautiful?  The sad thing is that it only lasts for one day!  

If you let the day go by without looking the plant over, you will miss the blooms for that day.  

We are all unique and we all have an expiration date on this earth.  

So go out this week, bloom where you are planted, and let your beauty and inner light shine for all to see.  

Wednesday is upon us!  Have you finished your coffee yet?  

Oh, I see you now!  Are you still eating breakfast?  

Carrots are really good for you but the day is drifting away quickly as the temperatures are rapidly rising!    

I have already watered the yard and maybe played in the water a bit too.  You know our temperatures will be 100° or more all this week.  

After all, if you are outside taking care of the flowers and plants, you have to have fun!  Play with the dogs, goats, cats, or anyone that will play with you.  

If there is no one to play with, just sing.  That is what the birds do.  Then the Blessings will start to surround you.  

Taco Tuesday is here!  We have a couple of errands to run today too.  

Now excuse me while we go to Rockwall and pick up our Tacos, maybe with bacon on them.

Before the end of the week, most kids in Texas will be back in school.  

Everyone will have new clothes, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to show off.  There will be lots of new friends made.  

As summer tries to cool down, another season will have passed, and we will all have become a year old as a new year will be here before we know it.  

I hope you know how much your friendship means to me.  Enjoy every day that you wake up and make each one Wonderful.  

Sometimes we just need help getting through the weekend.  

Saturdays can be a day to catch up on all the things we are lacking.  

The weekend is also a time to rebuild, restart and just take care of yourself.  

We are all God's children and all are loved by Him.  We all need each other and to help each other.  

This weekend, spend time connecting with others in person or by phone.  

By the end of the weekend your heart and soul should be renewed and ready for another week.  

Thankful Thursday for Miracles & Second Chances & to be able to Rise & to Shine!  

Put your worries away, leave them in the past.  God will take care of them and Bless you every day!  

You have to recognize the Blessings and sometimes give thanks for them even before they happen.

You must have Faith that they will happen and then have Gratitude after you realize them.  

After all, this will help you see the Light that shines out from you and the Peace that settles in your soul.
