The wife is finally getting over a bronchial infection she had all week . Our son,daughter in law & grand kids sent her four dozen roses for valentines. They are always so thoughtful. It's really good to hear from you, and I'm sorry to hear about the repairs that are plaguing you, but you sound like us, and have things under control, so more power to you. Man seems to have a habit of ignoring it's effects on Nature, until it's too late, then suffers, and I don't see that changing anytime soon, more's the pity...

It's good to hear that you're back to well again. You certainly didn't have a good run with your health. So you do all of your own repairs. I do little things about the home but would never take on a roof. I bet your relieved that's done. Always something to do when you own your home. We're having loads of rain and could do with some serious sunshine to dry things out … still the rain was needed so I'm happy to paddle round for a while. lol Enjoy your evening. Hugs ...

A good weekend to you my friend. Had a cold snap come in Wednesday night with freeze and a touch of snow which is very unusual for us. some people thought it was the biggest thing since color TV. Warmed up again yesterday. Hope all is well with you and yours so enjoy the day and take care with a hug.....George
