Yippee Yahoo! What a blessed day I am having. My doctor saw the amount of movement I have on the right side of my face above the eye and said he expects 100% movement to be returned within the year. He was very pleased with the healing and that it was benign. I do use a combination of 3 essential oils that I inhale and rub over the right side of my face, ear and neck.
I just finished mowing our 3/4 acre yard and it is beautiful now. I am ready for another shower should it choose to happen to rain right on top of us!
And of course, I am blessed by your friendship. Friends mean the world to me. Doesn't matter how often we text or post or email or call, what matters is in your mind and on your heart.
Nancy, isn't Celebration Church great. I get to watch it every now and then. We watch at least 3 different services and sometimes I watch another 2-3 more. I guess you know Granger Smith then. Did you get to see his sermon? I do watch Arise with Amber every Sunday too. I don't think she posted this Sunday and hope she is having the baby any day now. Hello friends! We watched all of our online church services and now we are watching some of the little league baseball playoffs. We ended up with 1.3" of rain from yesterday. Just perfect! One extra loud clap of thunder rattled the windows and scared Hubby and the dogs (they were all taking a nap).
Monday, tomorrow, I go for my 4 month checkup since I had the cyst removed from in front of my right ear. I will let you know how it goes. I still can't believe that after my surgery visit he said, "See you in 4 months."
It is time for our luncheon meal of the day. Today is Ribeye steak and french fries in coconut oil in the deep fryer with probably fresh spinach steamed. Come on over, but you better hurry because there won't be much left very soon!
Worked inside first thing this morning and then went outside. I have already sweated down twice. Don't know how Hubby does it! It is so humid and the dew point is way too high which makes it worse.
Yesterday Carly had a playdate with Bella, an Australian shepherd. They had so much fun. Bella came to meet all four of our dogs. She is probably going to stay a week in September with us.
My son just called on FaceTime and the front has made it to his house (about an hour from us) and it is pouring down rain. He said the wind started blowing and the temperature dropped about 10 degrees. I can hardly wait for it to get here. My friends in Lubbock got 2.5" last night.
I set up my new iPad about 2 weeks ago and almost have my new 24" ORANGE iMac set up the way I want it. Now I am off to find something for lunch. Don't forget to share your smile with everyone you see today.
