I am starting with an afternoon greeting since I started this yesterday.  Life!  Today is the first day of the rest of your life so, let's make the most of it!  Put your energy into enjoying God and looking for the good that can still be found on this earth.  Use your gifts to shine His light into all the places He leads you.  

And right along with that is to share your smile.  Be kind to everyone because you never know how heavy the cross is that they are carrying.  

Tell me something... Did you see that moon last night?  If so we were both looking at it maybe even at the same time.

This redhead got the yard mowed this afternoon.  Oh, I think the neighbors can smell me now.  It is only 88 but we do have an air quality alert.  

I was Tom this morning and Jerry was the dog hair I was chasing!  And how does the toilet get so dirty?  Is the fairy falling down on her job or what!  

So now I'm off to get into something else but before I  go...  

A cloudy day with temps in the 70's and maybe afew rain drops might fall from the sky. A very nice day I would say.

Enjoying a nice cup of Folgers Vanilla Biscotti flavored coffee at the moment.  My how I like having any type of biscotti  to dip in my coffee.  Such a treat anytime. Our nice and friendly family grocery store  makes them fresh almost every day. Do have a glorious Wed in your area and will do the same here in my neck of the woods. Smiles  Gloria

HI NANCY, SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO GO INTO THE LIVRARY AND FIND SOME GOOD BOOKS TO READ. WAS SO LONG WITH OUT IT BEING OPEN. HAVE A NICE WEDNESDAY AND BE WELL. HUGS, MOE

Finally got all the mail opened yesterday.  Caught up with everyone on the phone after I got home.  Then today we ran errands, Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco, gas, Ace Hardware, pick up prescription, Tacos from Rosa's.  

After eating lunch, it feels like nap time.  We had a little quick shower while we were running errands but I don't think our house got any.  But that's OK because yesterday we had 2.4" of rain.  

Guess I had better go check on the flower pots kids and see if anyone needs watering or water poured out.  I have to get moving before I fall asleep.  Besides, I need to see what you have been doing lately!

No sunshine for we have fog today. Crazy weather! Wonderful though for we did get some rain yesterday morning for  awhile. Wow what a sight that was to see and smell the rain coming down .  It was wonderful standing in it for abit.  Yes I am a kid at heart even at my special age.

I am enjoying some Island coconit coffee from Green Mountain along with some coconut creamer from Coffee Mate on this beautiful Tuesday. Gee I sure do know how to spoil myself dont I. Ha Ha  and why not!  Do have a special day  doing the same, please. Smiles  Gloria

So glad we made it to Saturday!  Hubby is washing the bugs off my car from our trip to Lubbock.  They are probably stuck on my car real good by now.  

I think I will head to the yard and see what flowers need watering.  I have had Blue Jays taking baths in the bird baths the last couple of days.

I watch my videos over and over just like my hummingbirds and cardinals.  Wonder who will be out today?  

Monday is my last day to work for a while.  I am ready to be home long enough to maybe get a project or two done.  

I am excited to hear all about your weekend.  Such bright colors in your bouquet of flowers.  Share your smile if you are out and about!

Hello from the working old lady in Fate!  I promise to be back more consistently soon.  In the meantime, hope you like the cotton candy clouds and moon.  

If I only had this much energy.  I am better but working everyday is for the young!  At least I don't have to fight traffic which is why I only work at one office close by now.  

Meet my newest neighbor, Olivia Jade born 7-12-21 @ 1:23 am weighing in at 6.5 pounds.  Her daddy's hands are as big as she is!  Her big brother, Bennett, keeps trying to get her to take a pacifier.  All she was wanting was to sleep!  

So now I am heading to flop down in my chair... maybe for a long winter's nap... or drifting down a lazy river... before it is time for work again.
